The house was built in 2005 and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom with whirlpool, underfloor heating and sauna. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water and open terrace. There is oil-fired boilers for heating and hot water, so that energy costs are minimised as much as possible. All tiled floors have underfloor heating. The decor is bright, modern and extremely tasteful with furniture and decoration in high quality and striking colours. The many windows ensure daylight throughout the day. There is a terrace on the east, south and west, so that life can be enjoyed outdoors all day long on those hot sunny days. The plot is a level lawn plot with fine opportunities for ball games or other games with the kids. Access to water and beach is along trails through the area. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
