Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Sunrise beach is our favorite condominium in Panama City Beach. We did have a few unexpected issues during our stay, but the management team worked with us and provided a 13% refund for the inconvenience. We appreciated their willingness to work with us and make things right.

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Host was fantastic with communicating with us before and during the trip with any pertinent information. Would highly recommend staying here and using this host!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place, very clean and beautiful. Had problems with the key code and they resolved it immediately! No other problems. Had a car accident on the 6th day of my stay and didn't get to return, but wish I could have. May stay in the same place next year.

Great place to stay

The condo was very clean. It was very close to everything. The property was wonderful and very helpful! We will be staying in this place again! The view was phenomenal! Having beach chair service was a plus!

Lovely condo with a great beach view. Text communication was prompt. Free beach chair service was lovely and is an accommodation I look for. Covered parking is a must, and having no assigned parking made it easy to find a roomier spot for an SUV. It was convenient that the license plate was the parking pass. I liked that the pool deck is not accessible from the beach. It offers an extra layer of safety. I appreciated the floor fan in the master bedroom closet and a table fan in the other room. The two sand chairs located in the hall closet across from the kitchen were very handy. I was very pleasantly surprised to find extra rolls of toilet paper under the bathroom sink. I always bring extra rolls with me because most condos don't provide extra rolls. The only issue I had was the cable in the master bedroom did not work. Only the channels that come standard with a Smart TV were available. Plus, having three remotes in the master bedroom was confusing. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect, had everything we needed and more. We will be back to stay here. The only negative thing I can say is that the bunkbeds are not comfortable. Other than that, we had an amazing trip!

Great location. We had a great time. Within walking distance to several restaurants/bars. Only negative is that the pool deck was being resurfaced and it was very loud at times.

10/10 highly to recommend! This unit was very clean, the property management company was very friendly, and we had a blast. The 2 beach chairs included with the rental were very convenient as well. I’d highly recommend this unit to any friends and family.

Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Beautiful view from inside. Nice large balcony facing the ocean. Everything was very clean. The kitchen only has dishes and utensils, there isn’t even salt and pepper so plan accordingly.

Great location, nice condo

Everything about the condo was nice. Beds, furniture all nice. Whoever stayed there before us put dirty dishes back in the cupboards but that is not fault of the owners or cleaning crews. I would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. The place was clean. Close to everything. Easy booking and check in. Had a wonderfully blessed time with my family and friends. Loved having the chairs at the beach.

Family Vacation

As a family of 5, we enjoyed the full size bunk beds! Definitely a plus. Sofa sleeper also available but didn’t even use. Condo had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. No complaints.
