Una unidad de final de 1750 pies cuadrados muy bien amueblada y muy privada tiene 3 dormitorios, buhardilla, y 3 baños. Puede alojar hasta 8 guests-- seis en dormitorios, dos en el desván. A tres millas de la estación de esquí Pico de China este condominio cuenta con internet inalámbrico, TV 47 pulgadas pantalla plana, estufa de leña, bañera de hidromasaje en el dormitorio principal, y el buen trabajo de arte. We've been coming to Huntington Lake for decades and this was one of the nicest units we've ever stayed at. Clean, spacious, and with wonderful artwork (two of us are birders and appreciated all the bird art!) The kitchen equipment was in good shape (non stick pans weren't scratched up - thank you, fellow renters, for not using metal in rental home pans!), and there was plenty of room to spread out. The queen beds were very comfortable, and our daughter enjoyed the twin room. Having 3 full bathrooms felt luxurious, and the views from the decks were stunning. There are quite a few stairs up to the unit, and then down to the bedrooms, so pace yourselves if coming from sea level. Hope to rent again next year!

The property is comfortable and beautiful. My husband and I took the master bedroom in the bottom floor while my adult son took the big bedroom on the 2nd floor. It just snowed and snow sat on the balconies above the master and started to leak into the room. The property was also listed for sale at the time and the listing agent attempted to walk in without asking first if they could enter the property (she had her own key). We happen to be sitting a few feet away from the door in the dining area so I stopped her and talked to her outside. Nice lady but it was unnerving as she came unannounced. But the place is gorgeous and we’d definitely consider reserving it again.

Best ski spot for family

We have stayed here a couple of years in a row now for three day weekends to go skiing at China Peak, and we hope to continue in the future, it is the perfect spot!

Always our favorite place for our family ski trip

This place accommodates a lot of children, and is so much fun for them to come sledding after a day of skiing in the area right across the way from the place. We come every year and will keep coming every year as long as it’s available!

Such a beautiful location with bountiful space. It just a short walk away from the lake with lots and lots of snow. The hosts are super friendly and helpful as well. Would come again!

Best ski spot

We have been coming for three years now and plan to keep renting here as long as we can. Great lay out out for a family and so easy to get to China peak in the morning and after a long ski day!

High Sierra Regatta

We booked this beauty condo for our family’s home base during the regatta. It was very comfortable, and decorated with mountain charm. We had a couple plumbing issues, but the owner was notified. The view of the lake and China Peak is just amazing. I would definitely book this condo again.

This property is perfect for a family. Cozy and cute!

This property was very clean and ready to occupy when we arrived. The kitchen is small but very well stocked. The views are lovely. Very quiet area. The owner of this property was very responsive to any questions that we had and their property managers were very helpful. We were even greeted with a home made blueberry bread. Nice touch and much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

High Sierra Regatta

2nd time staying at this unit. Perfect set up for our 2 families. The hosts are very prompt to respond to questions. Unit is clean and comfortable. We had epic Uno games and enjoyed the game closet. Beautiful views of the lake from the decks. 5+ stay for us.

WONDERFUL PLACE!

This is a great place to stay. All the rooms are large, and everything is fully equipped. I enjoyed how spacious it was and how much light there was, which is a nice break from a normal mountain cabin that tends to be dark. All the modern amenities were perfect for enjoying a meal at home, and there were a ton of game options to play while enjoying the beautiful deck.....there is a deck on every floor, which is nice to work and enjoy morning coffee. Thank you for such a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Great place.

Love the home it has great amenities. Only thing I would change is beds. They are low on the comfort scale and only queen size. Both large bedrooms could handle Kings and new mattresses or even a bed topper would be a great upgrade.

Wonderful Ski Weekend!

Had a great stay! Owners were super responsive. We had a great deal of snow while we were there which was beautiful. A couple things that people should be aware of is the entryway is a long flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues, please let the owners know. Also, take your own firewood to enjoy the fireplace and to have in case the power goes out for a heat source.

This townhome was a great choice for our family for a four-day ski trip to China Peak. We only had five people, but the space would easily accommodate eight. The location is excellent: it’s just a five-minute drive to China Peak, and there are trails for sledding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing right out the front door. The space is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. If you visit in the winter, bring a shovel: the front entrance is up a long flight of stairs that are not cleared by the HOA. Also, bring wood for the wood stove if you want to have a fire. Note that the owners are fairly hands off: they did not monitor the app during our stay but did provide a phone number (we didn’t feel the need to use it).

Wonderful Condo

This condo has the best views from 3 separate decks! Decorated beautifully and the bedrooms are very spacious. Took us a minute to figure out that the thermostat has a panel that flips down so we could lock the temperature, but that is user error. Be aware as the pictures show there a lot of steps outside. Owner was responsive to contact and very helpful.

Christmas Getaway

Very clean, fully furnished with all amenities needed for a family getaway. Planned a snowy white Christmas … inquired with Owner if location would be decorated for Christmas to make the getaway a little bit more special, and he advised otherwise. We were in for a surprise when we arrived as he had placed decorated a bit with a cute small tree and fully stocked the fireplace with wood. Minutes from China Peak and amazing views from each patio….definitely a must stay again palce . Thank you again!
