This spacious top-floor apartment is located in 'Montesol Villas' - an attractive residential complex situated just on the outskirts of Los Montesinos village. The apartment makes up part of an attractive community which boasts: a good-size swimming pool and covered parking. Inside, the apartment offers: 2 double bedrooms (each with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning), 1 family bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, plus an open plan lounge/diner. Leading off the lounge you have a large sun terrace which overlooks the pool area. This sun terrace also provides access to a private rooftop solarium (53m²) offering: ample sun-bathing space with a day bed and outdoor shower, plus wonderful views out over the neighboring countryside and nearby salt lakes.

Los Montesinos is a very traditional Spanish village which over the past few years has seen some development take place on its outskirts. The village of Los Montesinos boasts all amenities as well as a municipal pool and traditional Spanish fiestas all year round! Los Montesinos is situated 10-15 minutes from the blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura, and a short drive from various golf courses. Los Montesinos is 35 minutes from Alicante airport and 40 minutes from San Javier airport.

Fantastic apartment

We had a lovley stay at Casa Girasol. It had everything you would need and more. Ideal location for us as we have family who live close by and lots or great restaurants just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful Getaway

A well maintained property with lovely views from the sun trap terrace. The apartment is well equipt with most things you need for your stay. The roof terrace is a great size and has a great sized bbq. The pool is a short walk from the apartment and is clean and never busy. Los montesinos is a short drive away with lovely restaurants and bars. A great stay and would highly recommend.

A chilled out time, piece and quite

Nice place with all you need, if you like a walk great, otherwise you need a car, To far for us into Montesinos ( But we are in our 80's!!! ) Karen and partner helped us with our CASES !! Up the stairs, would recommend. Thanks Peter and Karen.

Lovely apartment, very well furnished and maintained

The booking process was very straightforward and David was quick to respond and answer all questions. Checking in was easy. The apartment was exactly as described, very well furnished and immaculately looked after including being very clean. The apartment itself is perfect for a relaxing break. The bedrooms are lovely, with good storage and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with almost everything you’ll need. There isn’t a cool box or ice packs; we tend to take these with us for the beach. The roof terrace is wonderful with a very comfortable day bed, dining table, gas BBQ, sun beds and shower. The location is ideal for getting around and seeing the area. Personally I think that a car is essential and there is both on the road parking and parking under the building. I can’t fault this property, or David and Karen (who looks after it for David).
