We have booked to return.

Just booked our two weeks return holiday to this beautiful Villa. We stayed there for two weeks last July and just loved it. Everything imaginable supplied, including travel cot, buggy, booster chair, all at no extra charge. We highly recommend this very luxurious property.

Brilliant property

Great location (car needed but also Carvoeiro a short Uber ride away). Pool lovely, sun beds and stash of pool inflatables, sunshades etc. Exceptionally clean. Everything a family of six might need.

Très belle maison

Très belle maison, bon emplacement. idéal pour les groupes. ( barbecue, piscine, arboré) au calme. A 5 mn du village en voiture et moins de 30 mn de beaucoup d'endroit a visiter. Parfait, nous reviendrons certainement.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist toll. Von den naheliegenden Nachbarn bekommt man nicht viel mit. Die Unterkunft wurde uns sauber hinterlassen. Alles funktionierte! Sehr zufrieden :)

Villa was lovely and clean and very spacious inside Not something that can be changed but our only small criticism of this villa was bit small for sunbathing round pool for 8 people ,, but still had a fantastic stay

Superb Villa

Superb Villa. Very well laid out with plenty of space and facilities for the 6 of us. The property, pool and grounds were spotlessly clean and have obviously been well looked after. A credit to both the owners and maintainers. We would happily return. Positioned in a central location between Carvoeires and Portimao. Overall a top quality Villa for a top quality holiday. The agents were very professional, friendly and always ready to help. Thanks to all who helped to make it so enjoyable.

Clean and tidy but plumbing was not very good

It was a lovley villa quite large for the 6 of us I will start with a few negatives ... The plumbing wasn't very good in the kitchen as nothing would drain away but was easily sorted by unblocking the u bend which was thick with grease and food . There could of been some extra linen available towels, clean sheets etc. No sun brollys by the pool. All other villas I have stayed in normally have all the above . Also a little worrying when we turned up late at night with a sold sign on the front gate maybe you should mention this to any other travellers and maybe leave a light on knowing it was a late arrival But other than the above a nice villa in a nice spot but I would not of liked to of stayed any longer than a week at this particular villa.

Stunning Spacious Villa in excellent location

Me, my girlfriend and another couple have recently returned from 5 nights stay and cant recommend the Villa highly enough. Very spacious with everything you would need for a small family or with Friends. Two minute drive to Cavoeiro, which offers a great beach, bars and restaurants and the Villa is a short drive to larger towns like Lagos and Albufeira. Great place to book and excellent value.

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Eine uneingeschränkt empfehlenswerte Villa. Bis ins Detail durchorganisiert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Aber auch den Vermieter, die Dienstleister (Putzfrauen, Poolreiniger, Gärtner) muss man loben. Freundlich, immer ansprechbar klasse Arbeit geleistet. Vielen Dank von Familie Alice und Martin Schmidt

A real treat

A lovely villa in a pleasant village. A short walk to the friendly supermarket and just a few strides more to a superb pizzeria. The villa is well equipped and the service from the agent was very good before and after the holiday. There was no need for contact during our stay. I would recommend to others and gladly return.

Great villa in a really excellent location

Loved this villa. Well located with bars, restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Spacious and well maintained property and very well equipped. Nice neighbourhood and 5 minutes to lovely beaches. Definitely will come back again. Grandparents, parents and children all loved it. 4 Adults and 2 Children

Ideal location for golf

We stayed for ten days in April and were very lucky with the weather. The main purpose of our stay was golf, and the Villa is ideally suited for the many golf courses in the area, particularly Vale da Pinta, and Gramacho which are only a five minute drive away. We hired a car for five days, which was delivered and collected at the times promised, using the company recommended in the folder in the villa. The rest of the time we used the taxi whose number again was in the folder. This villa is far better than the normal standard rental, with everything imaginable supplied. Restaurants in the area were very good with various price ranges. Very pleased, we will be back.

Great location for golf break

Fabulous location for golf. Vale da Pinta and Gramacho 18 hole courses and are only 1.5 kilometers away. We left behind the rental car (too small for four sets of clubs) and rang the taxi number in the welcome folder and Adrian collected us and called back for us at a half hour notice. Villa perfect with everything imaginable supplied and lots of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

A home from home

Villa exactly as described. very clean and well maintained with lots of extras included, WiFi, kids toys, welcome pack, books, beach towels. Like a home from home. only stayed six days but best holiday ever. We will definitely be back for longer next time. Definitely recommend this Villa. We loved our holiday.

Lovely villa, great location

The villa is absolutely lovely with oodles of space for large families. The air conditioning was a god send on a few of the hot days but the villa stays lovely and cool. This is a fabulously equipped villa (pushchair, loads of beach towels, beach toys, pool toys, books, cable tv with plenty of english channels (including Disney Junior :) ), loads of fridge space. The location was great, we hired a car so lagoa was a few minutes away for the supermarkets (Pingo Doce was our favourite) beware of Apolinia if you don't want to be gringo'd :). A lovely little lunch cafe in Lagoa, beside Santander - better than the tourist places for sure! The beautiful beaches are all a short drive away, as are the water parks. We had a lovely holiday and the agent / owner was exceptionally helpful. We hope to return soon.

Fantastic

The one issue we had was the edging around the pool. While it was completely non slip and therefore very safe it was extremely rough on the kids hands as they held on from inside the pool. It left their hands feeling very sore and red raw . The kids learned fast not to hold on round the edges of the pool. It is the one and only fault with the entire place. We loved everything about it. Safe and secure. Beautifully kept. A real gem!

Excellent villa

The villa was clean spacious and had everything you could hope for on a villa holiday down to toilet rolls provided. There were books to read all the kitchen essentials and more. The pool was great with lots of outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your stay. I've stayed at lots of villas and I can honestly say this one tops them all.

Superb holiday

We stayed in this Villa at the end of May of this year. The Villa itself is absolutely fabulous, with everything you would need and much more. It is beautifully clean and is more like a home away from home. As well as the attention to detail provided, there is a folder with details of taxi drivers phone numbers, contact details and descriptions of recommended restaurants in the area. Added to all this, the weather was fabulous, and the pool warm.

Beautiful villa, ideal location

This villa is beautifully presented with a friendly feel to it . For us it was a home away from home. TV's in the living room and kitchen with ample kitchen utensils for at least 8 people. The wi-fi is the best we have experienced on the Algarve with speeds of over 25mps. While it is a 4 bedroom property the villa is hired as a 3 bed as the upstairs master bedroom is closed off. There are three great restaurants and two local bars within 200 meters. All you would need for a great stay.
