Townhouse Moreton is a bright and welcoming property, ideal for families seeking a comfortable and relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The living and dining room offers an inviting space to unwind and enjoy time together, with easy access to the rest of the house.



On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, providing convenience and privacy. The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, along with an additional bathroom. On the lower floor, there is another double bedroom, perfect for guests looking for extra independence.



The fully equipped kitchen provides all the practicality needed for preparing family meals in a functional and pleasant environment.



Outside, the charming patio with garden furniture invites you to enjoy al fresco meals while overlooking the green areas of the condominium. The property also includes a spacious games room on the lower floor, ideal for fun and entertainment.



Guests have access to the Oasis Parque leisure centre, which features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, large outdoor pools and a café, creating the perfect setting for relaxation.



In a peaceful and convenient location, Townhouse Moreton is close to supermarkets, restaurants and the stunning beaches of the region, offering a practical and memorable holiday experience.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool access card has an additional cost of €5 per person, per day, from the 7th to the 10th person.



We recommend renting a car due to the property's location and, if you wish, we’ll be happy to assist with the booking. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Amazing Holiday Spot

Townhouse thin walls and neighbour has small children so even talking caused nuance to neighbour. Careful with security deposit. We got generic damage message saying deposit will be held due to damage at property. . In the end when we pushed back it was related to some old worn threaded towels that had provided to us. Wish we took pictures of these rags. In end withheld 30 euros. During stay also contacted management about downstair toilet that stopped flushing. Appears issues with water pressure

Review of Villa Moreton - September 2019

The villa was a perfect space for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable. The shutters plus air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the villa cool under all conditions. Both showers were excellent and there was always plenty of hot water. Having balconies to the front and rear meant there was always somewhere perfect to sit. The site was quiet and well kept and the main pool was never too busy. The villa was furnished to a perfect level for a comfortable holiday and had all the equipment and facilities you could need. Special mention for a very good barbecue. The white plastic outdoor chairs were very weak and there were times when one of the rear legs would splay out without warning ! I believe this may have been due to the plastic being impacted by the strong summer UV. As is so often the case in self catering properties, there was a shortage of sharp knives. The kitchen utensils were otherwise extensive and of good quality. These two very minor issues apart, we think you have done an excellent job of providing everything that is needed for a great holiday.

Everything you could want in a holiday home

This is one of the best accomodations we have rented. It takes around 45 mins from the airport to the Villa. The villa is spacious and really well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable. There were lots of towels. The towels were changed at midweek! :) Had such a good family time, we didn’t want to come home!

Un petit coin de paradis !

Une excellente location de vacance que je n'hésiterais pas à relouer. Les agents d'Algarve vacation, (Carlos et Olivia) sont aux petits soins avec les clients. Beaucoup de contacts et réponse aux questions et même de nombreux conseils et assistances pour des services divers très appréciés comme le panier de course pour les arrivées tardives. La maison est très bien équipée et offre 4 belles chambres très confortables et une salle de billard. Famille de 7 personnes adultes sans se bousculer avec chacun son espace. Les équipements ménagers sont complets. Les services d'entretien tant pour les réparations que pour le nettoyages sont efficaces. Située dans le haut de Portimao, la villa offre ainsi un accès facile et rapide vers tous les sites de l'Algarve tant par nationale que par autoroute. Que dire de plus : "Mon dieu si j'avais les moyens je l'achète !" Merci pour tout et je l'espère à l'année prochaine. An excellent holiday rental that I wouldn't hesitate to rent again. The Algarve vacation agents, (Carlos and Olivia) are very attentive to the customers. Lots of contacts and answers to questions and even a lot of advice and assistance for various much appreciated services such as the shopping basket for late arrivals. The house is very well equipped and offers 4 beautiful and comfortable rooms and a billiard room. Family of 7 adults without rushing with each one his own space. The household equipment is complete. Maintenance services for both repairs and cleaning are efficient. Situated in the upper part of Portimao, the villa offers easy and fast access to all sites in the Algarve both by main road and motorway. What more can I say: "My God, if I could afford it, I'd buy it!" Thank you for everything and I hope to see you next year.

Complexe idéal pour les familles

Maison spacieuse et très agréable. Une grande sdb avec bain est prévue au 1er étage pour 2 chambres. Une autre avec douche, plus petite, est annexée à la chambre du Rdc. Dommage que la 4ieme chambre se situe en sous sol à côté du garage où se trouve le billard. Chambre plus froide en hiver et légère odeur de cave. Tableau électrique à renforcer. Trop d appareils en route font péter les plombs. Deux taques à induction fonctionnent sur 4. Les raquettes de tennis sont censées se trouver dans la villa ce qui ne fût pas le cas. Nous étions obligés de les réclamer à la réceptiondu complexe. Autant dire qu ils n étaient pas ravis car pas prévu ! L espace extérieur comprenant les 2 terrains de tennis et la piscine sont agréables pour occuper nos journées en dehors des visites. La piscine et le jacuzzi couverts font du bien après une journée de visites. La villa Moreton est proche de supermarchés (-+ 5 min) en voiture. C'est également un bon point de départ pour visiter les plus beaux coins de l Algarve. Le barbecue au charbon est top et propre. Il se trouve à l avant de la maison à côté de la table. Il n y a pas de jardin donc pas de transats.

Family Holiday

The house is beautiful. I do not have a negative comment t9 make about the house or staff. The kids loved it and I don't think the pictures do it justice it's nicer in real life. The house is nice and clean and in great condition. The condominium has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The kids loved the playground area! Perfect place if you have children. Thanks

Great Place

This was our first time holidaying in Portimao, having spent the last 6 years going to Albufeira. We were not disappointed! The townhouse is lovely; spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds. The complex is brilliant for families with children. It felt really safe for the children to play with their new friends. We met so many lovely people during our visit. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. We were provided with really useful information prior to departure, the local rep Bruno couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. A great holiday location! Would happily recommend.

Great place

Great place to spent time in the group of 2 families. Well equiped apartment. Very nice sourronding. Good location but car is obligatory. The only thing that is missing: kitchen amenities like washing liquid, sponge, dishwasher capsules, washing powder. This stuff you don't want to worry about during your holidays ;)

Great house in quiet area

The house was spotless, very spacious and with a good layout and outdoor area. The main issue with the house was comfort. The beds, except for the master were extremely hard. We had to put quilts on the mattress to soften them to sleep on. Also the couch was very hard. It’s a pity as it lets down what is otherwise a great property. The resort is lovely. There is a great pool and the cafe serves very good food as well as gluten free! Very enjoyable stay overall!

Stayed here for a week. Enjoyed our stay in the villa Moreton the rep Maria was very helpful all the way as this was the first villa I had booked. well equipped villa. Beautiful outdoor pool. We tried the boat tour booked and organized by the reps company amazing experience.we were delighted in the end of the day. We tried the restaurants downtown Portimao and did not have a bad meal throughout our stay. Being with a rented car helped us to explore the area. We all agreed that we had a very lovely and relaxing holiday

Beautiful property

First time in Portugal with couple of friends. We enjoyed this townhouse a lot. It was spotless!! We were looking to do outdoors activities and we decided for a boat trip and luckily the reps company organizes boat tours, we were picked up from our townhouse and taken to the boat in Portimao, great service. I will recommend townhouse moreton to friends.
