We only stayed one night because the listing was very inaccurate. The listing said 3 bedrooms and there were only 2. The 3rd "bedroom" was the dining room with a futon. Had this been listed as a 2 bedroom apartment we would not have booked it.The hot water didnt work correctly. In order to shower one had to turn down the water pressure to a dribble so that the hot water heater could keep up with heating the water. Of the 6 pillows found in the apartment 5 were discolored and stained with what appeared to be a brownish substance. After some complaints were made to VRBO, the owner began incessantly texting our phone to tell us what terrible people we were for complaining. The listing also stated that there was a washer and drier in the apartment, but they were in fact located in the basement of the building and used comunially for the whole building. Beyond that they were dirty with visible debris in them. They were disgusting and not useable. The host, after saying that we must have done something wrong, did state the next day that the water problem was "fixed". Beware! If you are in Florence for a night, great location. But if you have multiple people, expecting to do laundry, etc., this may not be a good choice
