The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach of Los Alcazares, and a short walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. Situated in a small, friendly, private complex with beautiful gardens and swimming pools. The comfortable, tastefully furnished lounge and dining area has a DVD player and internet TV (No terrestrial channels). The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, touch control ceramic hob, oven and washing machine. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms. Air-conditioning is available and activated by a card mechanism - payable locally on arrival. There is access to the large, private roof terrace from the balcony, which is an ideal place to relax and sunbathe, or even enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the attractive gardens. The pool and separate children's pool are 20 yards from the apartment, ideal for families to cool down. There are many golf courses in the area, with two (La Serena and Roda) within 5 minutes drive. The location of the apartment makes it ideal for couples, families and golfers alike. Hiring a car is not essential as all facilities are close by with a regular bus service to Cartegena, Alicante, & Murcia A guest "Welcome Book" full of information about the local and surrounding areas, ideas for days and nights out, and useful information about the apartment facilities is available for you to study.

Apartamento medianamente aceptable

La zona es muy tranquila y agradable. No hay masificación de gente. El apartamento está bien pero algo escaso de aire acondicionado . El frigorífico está muy anticuado. Tuvimos que tirar comida porque no la mantenía en buen estado . Tuvimos que retirar ropa y otros objetos de los armarios para poder colocar nuestras cosas. En estas condiciones no repetiríamos del mismo apartamento. Una lástima.

"From the moment my friend and I arrived to both the apartment and the resort of Los Alcazares we fell in love with it instantly. The apartment was spotless, had every thing that we need and a huge plus was the advantage of the private roof terrace that was such a sun trap. A well looked after complex which we found peaceful, however friendly. About 10 minutes stroll from the apartment was the beach which was perfect to chill and spend lazy days sunbathing and relaxing.
