The comfortable, tastefully furnished lounge and dining area has a DVD player and internet TV (No terrestrial channels). The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, touch control ceramic hob, oven and washing machine. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms. Air-conditioning is available and activated by a card mechanism - payable locally on arrival. There is access to the large, private roof terrace from the balcony, which is an ideal place to relax and sunbathe, or even enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the attractive gardens. The pool and separate children's pool are 20 yards from the apartment, ideal for families to cool down. There are many golf courses in the area, with two (La Serena and Roda) within 5 minutes drive. The location of the apartment makes it ideal for couples, families and golfers alike.
