Enjoy the historical center of Malaga, in a bright and spacious apartment for 5 people plus a child in the existing beds, with all the comforts. Amenities in the bathroom, body and hand towels, full kitchen with all utensils, air conditioning and heating in all rooms and very quiet to sleep.


Less than 5 minutes away you can be in Calle Larios, the heart of the city. A few meters away you can visit several museums, such as the Wine Museum, the Jorge Rando Museum or a few minutes away, the Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, Museum of Music or Glass Museum.


The best climate has arrived to enjoy the city, its streets and its people, as well as Malaga cuisine.


Taking a 20-minute walk, you can get the beach and enjoy the sea or the sunsets, but always accompanied by a tipical and deliciuos Espeto de Sardinas (Sardines maid on fire with a wooden stick) or Pescaito Frito (Traditional Fried Fish).

Convenient spacious

Apartment is an easy walk to the centre of Malaga. We chose it because my husband uses a mobility scooter and we needed an elevator and storage for the machine. The apartment was ideal for that. Beds we’re very comfortable and we appreciated the walk-in shower..

First Time in Malaga

Perfectly situated in the Old Town so couldn’t be more perfect to explore the City. Good communication and response time from the host management company. Comfortable beds and a great shower. Some literature on local restaurants/things to do/ from the eyes of a local to help orientate yourself would be a major plus. Maybe a slightly more comprehensive welcome pack in the kitchen too; a couple of dishwasher tablets/more than just the one small sachet of washing up liquid would be a great addition. Otherwise a brilliant apartment well situated for everyone in the Centre of Malaga.

Not as expected

Photos of property must have been taken several years before. Very disappointed on arrival as the apartment looked quite shabby in comparison to the photos. Badly needs repainting and cushions, sofa etc need replacing. However location is very good and the agent was helpful.

Prima Lage, Ausstattung mäßig

Zum Erkunden der Stadt ist das Appartement prima gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Riesenauswahl von Tapas-Bars, Restaurants etc. dazu Mini-Supermärkte in 150/180 Meter Entfernung machen ein Auto für den Malaga-Städtetrip unnötig. Im Haus gibt es einen engen abgeschlossenen Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz (20 Euro täglich). Die Buchung der Wohnung erfolgte nach der Bestätigung über fewo direkt über eine Verwaltungsagentur. Man war dort bemüht, hat mit fast 30 Mails (!) zur Klärung aller Formalien, Personenangaben, Wegbeschreibungen etc. eher an eine Schnitzeljagd erinnert. Eine App zum Türöffnen funktionierte nur bei einem von uns 4 Mietern, ein alternativer Code klappte nicht. Das Appartment ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren 1 Woche dort) unzulänglich ausgestattet (Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, ausgesessene Sitzmöbel...). Andererseits sind natürlich die leckeren Tapas-Bars und das quirlige Stadtleben viel bessere Ziele, als länger in der Wohnung zu hocken. Die Wohnung ist recht dunkel, die Balkone sind eher franz. Zierbalkons. 2 Schlafzimmer gehen zu einem Lichtschacht/Innenhof. Die Heizung funktioniert; heißes Wasser zum Duschen etc. (Vorsicht: kalte Wechseldusche :)) auch. Das Appartment wirkt auf den Fotos hochwertiger. Die Möblierung und Ausstattung sind einfach. Fazit: Wer eine Wohnung in guter zentrumsnaher Lage sucht, um quasi um die Ecke ins andalusische Leben einzutauchen, ist da richtig, sollte aber die Erwartungen an Ausstattung, Sauberkeit (der komplette Fußboden war bei Ankunft schmutzig) etc. niedrig hängen. Insgesamt war der Preis (fast 1300 Euro 1 Woche+140 Euro Parkgebühren) deutlich zu hoch.

Espectacular! Super bien ubicado. Muy central! A 3 min a pié de Calle Larios! El piso estaba muy limpio, bien decorado y muy comodo. Muy amables a la hora del check in y check out. El espacio para el coche en la cochera del predio también esta muy bien, por un poco mas merece la pena. Recomiendo a cualquiera reservar este piso.
