Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at The Alaska Wheelhouse. We’re so glad you and your daughter enjoyed the soaps, especially with sensitive skin, and that you experienced the magic of the tide coming in beneath the boardwalk. Hearing that the Wheelhouse felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed truly means a lot to us. We also sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding checkout. You were right to point out the conflicting information, and we’re sorry that the timing of the cleaning service made you feel rushed or uncomfortable at the end of your stay. That was not the experience we wanted you to have. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can make the checkout instructions clearer and better coordinated going forward. Thank you again for choosing The Alaska Wheelhouse. It was a pleasure having you both as our guests, and we hope the memories of the view, the tides, and your time in Homer stay with you for a long time.
