Sea Roots "Garden zone 1" - Ocean and Mountain

The house didn’t have flies inside before check in. Being inserted in a rural area, there are some flies around as well as a whole range of other insects, hence there’s fly screens on the windows. There are 3 rental houses plus my own house in this property and from hundreds of guests we’ve hosted since 2018, it’s the first time I hear that a house had an infestation of flies to such a dramatic extent. So, I’m quite shocked to hear it and can only especulate what could’ve attracted so many flies during this particular stay. The size of the unit is well described and along with the photos it gives an exact idea of what one can expect. The listing is accurate in its dimension (sq. provided) as well as all its amenities. One should make sure the listing suits ones needs before booking it, in order not to end up booking a small place to complain after it’s small. Nevertheless, I don’t regret going out of my way to have the house ready for check in way ahead check in time, as guest requested due to very early arrival. Whenever possible, I will keep doing my best to accommodate guests needs and provide the best experience. I’m also very much available to address and resolve any issue that may arise during guests stay, as long as I’m informed in appropriate time frame, which wasn’t the case in this particular situation.
