We loved the beautiful design and privacy of the property. The home is very organized and well equipped with a modern, minimalist feel and lots of light. The beach is an easy walk or bike ride and is not crowded. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Inlet Beach House is amazing and beautiful. We always love our stays there. Claire is an amazing host and we love dealing with her. Cant wait to go back. House is clean and well equipped with all you need. We love spent time on the upstairs porch.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is such an interesting house to stay in, with lots of space for two people. Every detail was communicated very well, and the house is outfitted with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It's nestled in a secluded wooded area, which made it feel very private. We would have loved to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but it happened to be extremely hot and humid, so we chose to limit our time outside to walking/biking. The beach is a short walk away, and getting to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants is maybe a slow 15-minute walk, or a shorter bike ride. We did both, and had a great time!

Thank you, Carmela, for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're glad you enjoyed our home -- we, too, LOVE the outdoor shower that our architect so cleverly designed. The upstairs deck, too, is a delight -- "eagles' nest" is a wonderful way to sum it up. The location, too, as you note, offers much to do if you tire of the beautiful beach and the inlet. You are correct that we don't supply beach chairs or coolers for our guests, and I can understand why you couldn't bring your own as you and your friend were flying in. However, as we mention in our digital guest book that we send to our guests a week prior to arrival, there are beach chair rentals right on the beach, and the Publix on the way from the airport has lots of chairs and styrofoam coolers.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spotless and relaxing home. The interior design & materials in this house are very cool. Loved having coffee or an afternoon nap up on the “birds nest” porch! Its a short walk to the beach and up to the main Rosemary Beach market. Claire was an excellent communicator and check in and check out were very easy!

My stay here at the Inlet Beach Cottage was wonderful. My dog was very welcomed here. The hosts, Claire and Bev, even had a VIP (very inportant pet) book. The cottage was just as it was noted in the description, pristine. I loved how the cottage was tucked away at the end of a long driveway. It was quiet, yet only a 4 minute walk to the beach. The accommodations were charming and clean. The balcony and view from the 2nd floor was perfect for morning coffee and a cocktail in the afternoon. All details and things needed for a beach stay were thought of and readily available. Communication with Claire prior to my stay was timely, informative and helpful. Staying here at their beach cottage made for a perfect beach vacation. I highly recommend and will be staying here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our dog and it was such a cute and quiet spot! It’s tucked away and was just a short walk to the beach. Great for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation!

Our stay at Inlet Beach House was exceptional. The location was unbeatable — an easy walk to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, as well as Barrett Square where we enjoyed wonderful meals at Paradis and Gallion's.The public beach access was only a five-minute walk from the home, and the beach itself was absolutely stunning. The powder-soft white sand and emerald green water were unlike anything I’ve experienced in nearly 19 years of living in Florida. The people were incredibly kind, the homes throughout the area were spectacular, and the entire atmosphere felt elevated yet welcoming — truly the “Hamptons of Florida.”The home itself was quiet, modern, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, the bed was extremely comfortable, and thoughtful details like the outdoor hose for rinsing off sandy feet were greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out instructions were also clear and seamless.We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting 30A. Great value for a relaxing beach vacation.

Magnificent property that feels nice a relaxed and away from the histle and bustle while positioned right in the heart of it all. Very large and spacious and well appointed. Beautiful design and flow.Rules and labeling is thorough but works to keep the space nice and perfect. Will return for sure.

Awesome stay

The Inlet Beach House was perfect! The design and architecture of the house was beautiful and well suited for our stay. Easy stroll to the beach and close to great dining and other activities. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again soon. Had a great vacation.

This property is quiet and so cool. Is a short walk to the beach and convenient to shops and restaurants! Is at the east end of 30A so a little less crowded. Highly recommend!

Lovely, Quiet & Private

We really enjoyed this location! We were close to Rosemary but away from the traffic and people when we wanted to chill. Quick walk to the beautiful beach and to town. This home is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well-appointed and the whole house was very clean!

Good times

The home was perfect for my wife, me and our dog. The privacy afforded by the large lot was a real unexpected pleasure. The home is an easy walk to the beach, and many other places including the Rosemary Beach commercial area. If we come back to Inlet Beach, we will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Immaculately clean. Large, wooded lot. Beautiful neighborhood. Only two blocks to the beach access. Very close to $$ and $$$$ restaurants. Wonderful state parks in the area.

Thanksgiving at the beach

We loved this remodeled home including all of the top notch appliances and cooking utensils. Perfect for a thanksgiving get away. Rosemary Beach is a short bike ride away and has a lot going on during thanksgiving week including a race thanksgiving morning. Sunset deck was a highlight!

This was our first time visiting Rosemary Beach and I was a little nervous if I had booked the right place for our vacation. Was it close enough to the beach to walk? Was it comfortable? Was it near other amenities? I’m happy to say that the answer to all of these questions is YES, and it was SO much more! If you are looking for a perfectly stylish, comfortable, quiet place to stay on your next trip to the beach, you’ve found it!
