Independent house, 80 sqmtrs interior. 3 bedroom, 5 beds plus 1. Two bathrooms. Terrace with patio. Kitchen and dayroom on ground floor. Bedrooms on first and second floor. 2 Bedrooms sea view oriented, one single garden view oriented. Pier on seafront with sun chairs and swimming area. Buoy for one boat mooring. Parking Perast is restricted to south and North parking place. Parking on seaside road is prohibited, except owners have printed permit. South parking lot is guarded and only 180 meters distant, no stairs. We provide bedsheets, blankets, towels, except beach towels. Dish wash soap, hand liquid shop, dishwasher detergent, kitchen paper rolls, toilet papers rolls.
