BRIGHT AND CHEERY TWO BEDROOM OCEAN FRONT CONDO STEPS AWAY FROM THE OCEAN!

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Perfect Family vacation spot

Condo was perfect for our 4 person family staying for the week. It was clean, had everything we needed and I loved having the washer and dryer with 2 kids. Great location, no night time noise aside from the ocean waves !

Easy stay in fantastic location

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was ocean until infinity. We loved playing at the beach and swimming in the pools. Easy check in and check out with the property management.

Nice condo, perfect for our small family of 3. The stretch of beach is beautiful and all public areas were in great condition. The Salty Pickle was a fun bonus, great food and beverages! Would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay

Everything was perfect. Condo was clean, spacious, well maintained and had a great view. Check in and check out was easy. Complex was well kept and staff was friendly. Plenty of clean restrooms around both pools and beach access was extremely convenient. Highly recommend Royal Gardens and into 514.

The only thing we had issues with was that we had to go out and buy some cleaner because there were fingerprints EVERYWHERE. All over the slider door, the cabinets, the fridge and dishwasher, and all over the stainless steel garbage can. The vacuum didn’t work, and there was sand all over the floors. I understand it is a beach front property, some sand is to be expected, but not piles of it. Everything else was wonderful. We loved the closeness to the beach, and the staff was friendly. Mattresses were wrapped in a zippered cover and had a mattress pad on top of that-and the sheets were clean, and there was no bugs. However the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Felt like it had a big lump in middle and sloped to the edges. The walls could used a decent scrubbing, but overall wasn’t to bad. We would stay here again.

The elevators in this building are terrible and the amount of elevators is not enough to support a building this large. For this reason alone I would not stay here again. For some its probably not a big deal but its a deal breaker for me. On a positive note, the units air worked really well which is unusual for a stay at the beach lol. althought the location is good and right on the beach. Indoor and outdoor pool appeared clean.

Memorial Day 5/26 - 5/31

View was amazing and location was good. Considering there were Covid cleaning protocols, the condo could have used a deep clean. The corner of the balcony was covered in pigeon poop which left an odd odor and the carpet in the living room smelled like someone threw up. (It didn’t smell if you kept the AC at 70 any warmer and you could smell it. The floors needed a good mopping with hot water (Not a swifter which is in the cleaning closet) and there were Mountain Dew bottles under our bed and a load of dust and stuff. (I only looked under right before we left.) Overall, we had a nice time but the cleaning needs to be much improved.

The name of the rental should be a little bigger on the sign or a street address with the reservation confirmation. But the unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
