The house was so close to all the attractions, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving holiday. Karen was a great host. Whenever I had questions, she responded right away. Truly more than we expected.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Dublin Street property. We absolutely loved the décor, convenience, and spacious rooms. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special :)Check-in was very smooth, and communication with Karen, the property manager, was easy and pleasant throughout our stay.The only minor critiques would be that the Wi-Fi struggled to reach the upstairs rooms, and the kitchen could benefit from a few more amenities for longer stays, such as additional pans, cooking oil, dishwasher tablets, and perhaps an extra set of towels. The beds were slightly uncomfortable, although we did appreciate their generous size.The property is located in a quiet residential area, far enough away to enjoy peaceful nights, yet close enough that everything was within easy reach. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the property.

Lovely stay and wonderful location

As a family of 5 we were very comfortable here. It was exactly as described with nice views and a great location that was very walkable. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the Stockbridge area.

Just perfect

We loved our stay here! The home was even more lovely than pictured. Very, very spacious and an excellent, quiet location. Bed were comfortable, bathrooms were sparkling and the kitchen was well appointed. Would love to stay here again!

Loved staying at this house in beautiful Edinburgh. The pics don’t do it justice it is very spacious and beds were extra comfy. Short stroll away from anything we wanted to do in town too. Highly recommend

A beautiful apartment in a very nice area. We were within walking distance of the Royal Mile, the train station, restaurants and a Tesco Express. Plenty of towels, hot water and kitchen utensils. Large, airy rooms—we had a great time! Thank you!

Family trip

As a family of five with teens and a 4 year old this property was perfect. Quiet location close to everything and extremely spacious. A few family friendly pubs and restaurants in close proximity and easy to walk to all the key places in the city.

Edinburgh Getaway

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet. There was plenty of room for our group of six older adults and we appreciated having the extra half bath downstairs. The location has easy access to restaurants and small neighborhood markets to pick up a few needed items. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Clean, spacious and well located

Loved the space for our six person group; three large bedrooms w/multi-bath, sizable kitchen, dining room and common area. Location was around a 20 minute walk from the Royal Mile. Place has everything you would need for a short/long family vacation around Scotland.

Great apartment and location.

Great stay with everything you need. The apartment is lovely and in a great location. Very clean too. Near lots of restaurants. Highly recommend the Magnum up the road but do book in advance. Just 2 extra points to be aware of, there are lots of stairs up to the apartment and parking is free on weekends but through the week it's pay to park.

Perfect location for family to enjoy the city

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. The beds, bedding, showers and all furnishings were very comfortable. The steps were challenging at times but also gave us more exercise. We did not use the kitchen much but it seemed to be well equipped for cooking. Nice location to walk to many great destinations.

Spacious and convenient

Our family group of 6 truly enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of space for us. Having two full bathrooms plus an extra toilet meant nobody had to wait for the bathroom! The location in New Town was walkable to Waverly Station as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Flat

Beautiful flat in New Town Edinburgh, fantastic location, beautifully appointed. Easy walking distance to Waverly Station and Royal Mile. Very easy process. One caveat for anyone with mobility issues, no lift, 2.5 flights walk up. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location but lots of stairs!

Propriety was as described and in a great location. Parking was a bit of a pain but that’s an Edinburgh thing and not unique to this property. There’s lots of stairs up to the property so if you are travelling with a lot of bags be aware.

Graduation Weekend

After 4 years at the Unioversity of Edinburgh, my family and I travelled up to attend my son's graduation ceremony. The flat was in an excellent location for the university, restaurents and pubs/bars. The flat itself was lovely, a classic New Town property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all generously sized, as was the sitting room. The property was all we wished for and more, I could not reccommend this proeprty enough.

Beautiful Apartment

Such a lovely location and a stunning spacious apartment. For those not so good on their feet it is 3 flights up the stairs and no lift. Had a great stay and the quality of the accommodation added to it. Shout out to Karen who was really helpful in organising key collection and advising on parking and was genuinely lovely. Highly recommend

Idyllic Townhome in New Town Edinburgh

This townhouse is idyllic and the location is perfect. Walkable to many attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. Nice quiet neighborhood. Rooms are very spacious and easily accommodated six adults. Kitchen had all the amenities. Karen, our contact person for our stay is wonderful. Very quick to response to requests and offered local inside knowledge of the area. If you are looking for a place to stay in Edinburgh, the New Town townhouse is perfect. I hope to return next year.

Family vacation

Property is terrific. Very well located. Walking distance from lots of restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very well appointed and maintained. The apartment is on the third floor. So be aware its five flights of stairs. It’s a good exercise but for older guests it can be challenging, especially with luggage. The internet was quite patchy. It didn’t bother us as we were looking to relax but if you are looking to stream movies or do zoom calls the internet may be quiet weak for that. We loved the place and would highly recommend it. Location and ambiance of the apartment are first rate.

Glorious flat

This was exactly what we wanted for a family vacation in Edinburgh. Great location a block from Tesco and a short walk to the Royal Mile, Castle and all the rest. 3+ meter high ceilings, large comfy living room. Three big bedrooms with two beautiful bathrooms. An old property, the living and dining rooms have apparently original, now decorative, fireplaces. Separate washer and dryer are better than the standard multipurpose European laundry unit. Drip and Nespresso coffee makers in the flat. Possibly the most beautiful flat I’ve stayed in as a VRBO. Be mindful of the four flights of stairs up to the flat, but it was definitely worth it and I had two 70+ seniors with me.
