Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
Set within the prestigious Beaumont Village on the Silverlake Estate, this attractive detached Purbeck stone cottage offer stylish and inviting accommodation.
Ground floor
Spacious open plan ground floor comprising:
Lounge/Diner- Triple aspect windows serve this L shaped lounge/diner having two double settees armchair. TV. Wood burning stove, dining table with six contrasting chairs. Under-stairs cupboard. Bi-fold patio doors to garden area.
Kitchen- Spacious and well equipped with inset induction hob to marble effect worktop over a range of cupboards and fitted oven, dishwasher and washer dryer. Inset double bowl stainless steel sink unit and dual mixer taps. Fitted upright 60% Fridge – 40% freezer. Further double width marble effect breakfast bar peninsula with cupboards and drawer under and two breakfast bar stools.
Downstairs Cloakroom: Low Flush WC, Wall mounted wash basin, tiled splashback and mirror over, shaver socket, wall mounted heated white towel rail.
Via half turn staircase to first floor landing with vaulted ceiling and dual velux windows creating a bright and open feeling. Armchair and small table
