Dear Serena, We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay, the location and views! We do feel we need to reply on some of your points, however, that this property had never been advertised as having hypoallergenic bedding on the listing. Replacing all the bedding to foam pillows and duvets was not possible or affordable for the owners exclusively for your group also we hope you understand. Holiday homes are invested in and furnished based on the preferences of the families that own them primarily — and feather pillows and duvet sets are often the preferred choice for owners, as they're the more natural/greener materials, than synthetic options. We appreciate allergies are a real issue, and take them very seriously, which is why we offered to you before you stayed a free cancellation if the bedding was unacceptable. But we do suggest in future to check prior to booking on the bedding materials more thoroughly.
