The Loon Lodge in Chesterville Maine is a beautiful 3 story lake house! Very clean, very comfortable!!2nd year for us!

Our family had so much fun. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. It even had kids/baby items which is always nice not to have to bring! It is a great family friendly stay!

amazing, clean property to disconnect from city living, with a full kitchen and open concept — exactly what we were looking for. the docks in the back were great to fish off of!the included kayak, canoe, and paddleboat on the property make the stay well worth the time. don’t miss the opportunity to make s'mores over the fire pit!

Our stay at Loon Lodge was one for the books! We made many memories swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing and making s'more's. The house had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location. We loved hearing the loons! I recommend for families looking for a memorable vacation :)

Everything you neef

Loon Lodge is equipped with everything you need to stay there . We have stayed there 2 years with family and have enjoyed it immensely.

Perfect vacation spot

It was fantastic! Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable house. The fishing was great and we enjoyed the paddle boat and canoe. Hope to go back next year!

Birthday party stay

The lake house was a great location for a birthday getaway. The house was spacious and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and also going out and exploring the area.

Will keep coming back

This was our groups fourth stay at the loon lodge and we love it every time. The cabin is beautiful, the lake is perfect, and Laurie and Ian are always welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Family Friendly Vacation Home

This was a last-minute vacation, and we were fortunate to find such a well-appointed home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked. Having the kayak, canoe and paddle boat available was a terrific bonus. The owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Honeymooners

First stop on our week long Maine honeymoon from Michigan. The lodge was the perfect spot to relax and recharge for a few days. Took so many pictures of the beautiful area but nothing beats enjoying it in real life. Thanks for a vacation we'll talk about for many years!

Loon Lake Lodge

Comfortable and well equipped

Lion Lodge was homey and comfortable. It was a great place for kids with thoughtful toys, books and drawing supplies. The kitchen was also well equipped with all we needed. We enjoyed the float and the various boats. Great tv and movie access, too.

Renewed and refreshed at Loon Lodge

Perfect get-away to reconnect with spouses and friends! Loon Lodge is spacious, clean and well-maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed perfectly sized and quiet Norcross Pond for the kayak, canoe, raft (provided) and paddle board (we brought). Regardless of the weather, it’s still a great place to stay! Looking forward to renting again next year!

Relaxing beautiful home

My husband and I travel every year for our anniversary and Laurie was the absolute best owner to work with. There was not one thing we were lacking in the home. The view from the master bedroom was incredible and so comfortable. We had so much fun on the lake and exploring Maine!

Needed a place for UMF Parents Weekend. This cabin was perfect. Grandparents, myself and 16yo son. Large and comfy. Very clean. We had a wonderful time hanging out between events on campus. Could not have asked for anything else. Looking forward to reserving again in the future. Thank you so much.

relaxation by the lake

Property is well maintained. Cottage had anything you could have wanted and needed. We enjoyed our days swimming and floating, nights were spent by the campfire and playing games. Very fun week for all.

Beautiful house.

The Loon Lodge is very nice. Everything was in good order and comfortable. There was plenty of stocked items that are not usually found in rented properties. Plenty of towels and linens for a larger group. I would definitly recommend staying here for anyone that want a good experoence in Maine.
