Our 6th visit to this property and have to say standards have slipped.On arrival we found no dish cloth,scourer and kitchen roll,so had to pop to local shop for them.The top of the DVD player had thick covering of dust on it,mugs in cupboard needed washed,one appeared to contain the remnants of a dunked biscuit,plates and bowls also needed a good wash,cafetiere contained about a half inch of coffee.We also found a used pantyliner in bathroom bin. The most worrying thing though was the dangerous state of the 3 table/bedside lights,none of the bulb holders were connected to the lamp itself,a quick call into the office soon got that fixed,electrician was there very quickly to repair them.The cottage cant be beaten for location,and the provision of parking is a boon.Plenty of fine places to eat and drink all on your doorstep.Love the new fridge freezer .Despite the aforementioned problems,no doubt we will be soon making it visit number 7.
