Excellent property. So much space and grounds. Really well equipped with everything you need and plenty of parking spaces for our group. Main dining room was lovely. Really enjoyed our time in what is a very large house.

Great accommodation. Welcome pack was a very nice touch. Very clean. Great place to stay, especially with the pub just down the road for food.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were smitten. The layout was perfect for two couples to have privacy at either end of the property. The whole place was pristine, a beautiful conversion. We had 2 vehicles, so arranged for one car to have a space at Hanse House through the Just parking app. Two slight challenges, one being that the armchairs weren't very comfortable for long evenings of reading. The other is that the gulls could be very raucous at 3am. Even so, we would heartily recommend this place 😊

The cottage has a great location and is furnished with everyone one could need. Very comfortable, quality interior finishes and very friendly hosts. Also very quiet and private. Excellent for a retreat.

Celebration of my 60th it was amazing weekend

It was perfect for us. Everything was spot on.

Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended

Very lovely cottage with great outdoor area if you have a dog. Very accommodating owners. Only drawback was it was quite a long drive away from the beach.
