Flint Cottage was absolutely perfect for myself, my sister and our dogs. Such bc a nice touch to face a Welcome Hamper fit us all! A beautiful cosy cottage with every modern amenity you could need. Good quality equipment, comfortable beds and such lovely personal decor. Loved the paintings! The location is ideal for visiting many local attractions, I.e,, Sandringham, Welles-next-The-Sea and the beaches and Nature Reserve. We would definitely come back again! .

The photos don’t do it justice. Downstairs is larger than it looks. Large utility room and great to cook and be in the open plan space with your guests. Only 15 minutes from Sandringham too. Pub and fish and chip shop 3 mins by car or a lovely evening stroll across the field and past the pretty church. Also a lovely summer room in the garden if you want quiet book reading time! Will be back. Thank you to Jenny, who was a perfect host

Lovely Modern House in pleasant village

Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended
