Tracy we love having you every time! You're the perfect guest! Our housekeeper loves you and so do we! You love the house as much as we do and that warms our hearts!
The house was great. Layout of the house is very unique (the Pizzazz part), goes with the surrounding topography well. Very comfortable, well stocked. Our kids, 11 and 15 loved the art, books, game, and cd collections.
Our stay was great! Perfect, quiet weekend getaway. Beautiful cabin close to nearby towns and activities, but far enough out to avoid the crowds. The owner is super responsive and helpful!
Very cool house with three floors - each one had a bedroom and living area. The kids loved playing in the woods and river and we enjoyed the hot tub and available board games. The host was fantastic and our kids are already asking to go back!
Gorgeous property, awesome artwork throughout this unique house. Very private property with riverfront access. We had an amazing stay full of laughter and fun!
Spent the weekend in the mountains enjoying the fall colors and Oktoberfest in Helen, GA. The house was conveniently located, very private and quirky in a good way.
The property was very well stocked with everything you need! Great location to Helen and Dahlonega. We also really enjoyed all the games that were available. The property manager was easy to communicate with as well.
This cabin was absolutely amazing! It was spacious, clean, and had incredible river access. Each room is on its own floor with a private living space, which made it perfect for our group. The property manager was fantastic—super helpful and responsive to all our needs. We’re already planning to come back in the summertime! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

It was so quiet & secluded. The cabin was absolutely adorable, very warm & inviting. Extremely spacious & a ton of amenities that we didn't even think about. Would definitely stay again, the owner was so nice & pleasure to rent from!! If you need peace, quiet & a good secluded place to rest your mind. Rent this property, you won't regret it!!!
Beautiful location with easy hike to river front .
We truly enjoyed our visit and the house was a gem. Lots of room with all 3 levels and the hot tub was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful but minutes from town if needed. The kitchen has all the toys any cook desired so it made our Thanksgiving Dinner super !House is most eclectic and homey ! We will return !
Fully equipped Cabin lots of interactive games we even did a puzzle as a family.
The river is a nice place to disconnect and listen to the sounds of nature we even had an encounter with deers in the front yard. Helen is a short 20 minute ride ( a most see super nice town).
Nice property in good location. Needs a little TLC to outside deck area. Short walk to the river. Hot tub was amazing. Could not get the TV by kitchen table to work or the one in main bedroom. Overall very nice stay.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
We didn’t stay due to issues with listing versus what we found when we arrived.
Good communication with host. Clear instructions. The house had everything we needed... functional kitchen, comfy bed, counter and closet space in the bathroom, lots of relaxed seating, a charming river landing, plenty of clean towels, interesting cd collection and a cd player, trail maps and local interest literature. It's so quiet and private that you forget there are other houses nearby. The Road is paved all the way to the driveway. We could stay here again!
Let’s 1st start by saying amazing, simply amazing
This cabin is 3 story, each floor has its own living room / tv room, this place is huge.
Don’t worry about scheduling a hike at the falls, There’s some amazing wood that walks along the waters edge that seems to go forever.
We saw a deer in the blueberry orchard.
We give it a 10 out of 10.

Amazing place
We stayed the week of July 4th. Everything is just as the pictures show. Very quiet and peaceful. There were 5 people and we had plenty of room. Even with so much to do in the local area we all couldn't wait to get back to the house each day. I'm a runner, and the area was perfect. We didn't want to leave and are already planning for another trip up there and will be looking to get this same property again. Thank you for a beautiful and fun home.
