Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic, this charming villa has been recently renovated with lots of charm and high quality materials. STAYS: The house has 4 double rooms, all with ultra-quiet air conditioning, three of them with sea views and one of them with direct access to the swimming pool. Two double rooms and two twin rooms with two beds each. The distribution of the house is perfect for two families with two children as well, because each one can have its own space, the adults\' area and the children\'s area. One of the double bedrooms has a high-end smart TV. From the whole house there is high speed WIFI signal, the house has several signal repeaters to ensure maximum speed, so if you need to work, this house is perfect. The other double bedroom has a large office. Both double bedrooms are very spacious, with 160 cm beds with new 40 cm thick mattresses, firm and high quality, with micro pocket springs that transpire.

OUTSIDE: The house has 2 porches, both covered. In one there is a chillout area and a large table to eat always in the garden in the shade, under some typical Menorcan arches. The other, because it is minimalist and very Menorcan, made with natural reeds, gives a very pleasant shade to spend the morning reading on the outdoor sofas next to the swimming pool.



The swimming pool is large, has an outdoor shower with hot water, it is a pleasure in summer when coming back from the beach, to take a shower in the garden, as it is a covered shower.



You will also find a barbecue to enjoy all together with friends and family while the children take a dip in the pool.



There is also a large pin pong area, with a flat micro-concrete floor that allows a better game, and a powerful spotlight so you can also play at dusk or at night.



What we like the most about the house is the roof terrace, large, with many wide armchairs to have a drink at the end of the day watching wonderful sunsets and the red sun hiding in the sea. Dream views that you will not forget.



The garden is very well kept, with fine natural grass, with two large olive trees welcoming you. At night the house becomes magical, with a very studied and careful, subtle and elegant lighting that turns on automatically, illuminating the swimming pool, the trees and the perimeter of the house.



SURROUNDINGS: The villa is approximately 5 minutes downhill to the most famous beach of the island: Binibeca Vell, with turquoise water and white sand, a very safe beach for small children, with a well known beach bar serving meals and snacks all day long. Parasols and sun loungers can be hired, there are public toilets and free parking nearby. Swimming and snorkelling there is impressive, because of the number of fish and the clear water. On the way to the beach you will find the marina to Cala Torret and the popular Bar Paupa, Binibeca Diving, as well as Kayak, Paddle Board and bike rental.



A few steps from the house, just down the street, you reach a direct access to the sea, to platforms with metal stairs like the ones in the swimming pool, directly to the sea. This corner is wonderful for swimming and the children love it because there are thousands of fish and a grotto under the rocks. The water is so clear that you will feel like you are swimming in an aquarium, surrounded by fish of all kinds.



A 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to the beach is the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell, with thousands of neat little white houses, a maze of narrow streets, a magical place to go for a good photo shoot and an afternoon ice-cream.



There is a supermarket a few steps from the house, with all the basics and freshly baked bread each morning.
