** Our condo is professionally cleaned before and after each guest. We are doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.). If you have the next few weeks or months off come stay at our beautiful waterfront paradise that offers WIFI so you can work from home if needed. ** Comfortable and newly remodeled. 2BR/2 bath townhouse with breathtaking views of Aransas Bay. Fish from the lighted pier, sit on the patio and enjoy the view, take the boat out and park, take a swim in the pool, play a game of basketball/tennis or take a trip to Historic Downtown Rockport just a few minutes down the road.

This condo has been completely remodeled with new premium furnishings and top of the line appliances. The kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, plus a fully-stocked kitchen. Spacious living, dining & kitchen areas.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Private Bath. Spacious 2nd Master Bedroom upstairs has 2 queen sized beds with a private bath. Large, Flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room. Livingroom has pull out memory foam sleeper sofa.

Sleeps 8. Wireless Internet. No Smoking & No Pets. Plenty of free parking for boats and cars.

The Kontiki complex has it all ... fishing pier, boat ramp and slips, sandy beach area, swimming pool, tennis courts, , BBQ grills and picnic areas and basketball goal.

We had a great time in Rockport, we love coming here every year and we love staying at Kontiki, the condo was so nice, clean amd cool. This is the first place where shampoo beach towels ect were provided and this was a big help. We did have issues with the internet during our stay but we were able to connect to our hot spot so no big deal. We rwally enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place and surroundings

Had a great time. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great views of the water. We saw dolphins and husband and family had great time fishing the various docks available.

Total comfort on the bay

The owner was quick to respond to our booking after another booking fell thru at the last minute and I’m so glad she did. The condo was beautiful y decorated, very comfortable and perfect for our family of 4 adults. We will definitely book again when we return to Rockport!

Vacation Success

Our stay was everything we were looking for. Our host Sarah was very accommodating and communication with her was easy. Property has everything you need for all ages. Condo was clean and the AC was nice and cold. Bed was wonderful for my bad back. But the view and location of unit was amazing. Enjoyed coffee with a ocean sunrise from the porch. Everyone that stayed shared the same thought, book it again.

Loved!!

The condo was so nice and clean. We loved fishing on the pier at night. It was perfect for night fishing it was lit and fish were bitting. Even dolphins came around. It was a perfect stay. The first night we had issues with the pier gate code and I messaged the prop manager and got an immediate response with the updated code. No complaints. Will definitely be back.

Lovely condo, but with a workout

Condo was lovely and nicely appointed, but listing should make clear that it is up on the second floor (up two flights of stairs) and then once inside the second bedroom is up yet another flight of stairs. For people "of a certain age" with knee problems (or anyone with accessibility issues) hauling luggage and supplies is a real challenge.

Couldn't have been any better......just lovely!

Perfect, clean, comfortable, furnished beautifully, quiet. Couldn't have been any better. We were extremely pleased. The appointments were just lovely. Loved the balcony views; however, it rained the entire time we were there so it was too wet to enjoy the outside....but the view was great. God bless!

Paradise

The moment you open the door you can kick off your shoes and enjoy panoramic ocean views. Condo is just as described stylish. We loved our stay. It is literally minutes from everything. Sarah is amazing! Quickly responds to any of your questions. I would give 10 stars if I could. Exactly what the photos show on line is exactly what condo looks like. Amazing Condo. Felt like Home in Paradise!!!

Comforts of Home

We loved our stay! The condo is decorated with a classy but comfortable feel. We walked in and immediately said “I want to live here!”. The view from the patio began and ended our days and the deck furniture made it possible to enjoy meals together while taking in the sunrise and sunset. Everything we needed for some much needed quality family time!

Summer Get-away 2020

Perfect location. Would have liked to see another BBQ pit or 2 and additional picnic tables. The one pit was taken both Friday and Saturday by 4 pm I realize this is not something to manage by individual owners.

Perfect Spot

This was a great find!!! Exceeded our expectations, looking forward to staying here again. Pictures are right on point. Ms Sarah was very attentive & an excellent Hostess! If your looking to take in some fishing, kayaking or just simply sit out by the pool ...THIS place has it ALL and it's ALL within walking distance. Only downside was that we had to leave and come home. Our stay was very relaxing and memorable. Property staff was very courteous and the grounds are very clean.

Our family purchased a slice of heaven when we bought this place in 2016. Rockport is one of those places your heart aches for when you leave! Some of our best family memories are in Rockport Texas!

Why they chose this property

The town is full of the nicest people, lots of outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, bird watching, biking, etc.) events, restaurants, shopping and too many things to list them all. Harvey brought devastation to the town but its resilience shines and the rebuilding efforts are beautiful to see! Rockport Strong!

What makes this property unique

Almost everything you need is less than a 10 min drive. So many good restaurant options, playgrounds for the kids, shopping, fishing, bird watching, nature trails, skatepark, Rockport beach... Our condo sits along Fulton Beach Road which is the heart of the town! Walk, run, bike, take your golf cart along Fulton Beach Rd and feel the nice breeze off the water and listen to the waves crash on the shore, its perfect!
