This condo has two sun-soaked patios and multiple tv's. Everything you want in a romantic getaway, fishing trip, or family vacation. There are three pools on the property and utility parking if needed.

Really enjoyed our three day fishing trip at this condo. The unit was clean and well provisioned for our needs. We had three comfortable rooms, nice living area, and I had a private upstairs balcony overlooking the canal and boat slips. The private downstairs patio, off the living room, was probably our favorite feature. The patio was a nice place to relax after fishing each day and it overlooked our dedicated boat slip below, which easily handled our 22’’ boat. The patio offered short and easy access to our boat, making loading/unloading of the boat each day a breeze.. We will probably look to stay here again on our next trip down.

A very comfortable condo for family or friends. 3 bedrooms total, one downstate with en suite bath and the upstairs has 2 with a Jack and Jill bath. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The feature that we enjoyed most was the deck/patio on the water. The AC works well and the kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. Close to grocery store, many restaurants, shopping and a quick 5 minute drive to Rockport Beach.

Absolutely loved the stay. Close to grocery stores and restaurants less than 10 minutes to the beach. We absolutely loved fishing off the boat slip.

Good location in Rockport and 3 nice pools

Enjoyed the location and canal front condo. Our grandkids and adult children enjoyed the 3 clean, lighted pools. We kayaked off the back deck after local venders delivered 2 kayaks to this location.Plenty more of room for our 7 adults, but kitchen a Little small, we still cooked and used grill out back for steaks!The main drawback with a toddler, the tile was not very clean which we reported to owner and he replied quickly. Also, the upstairs shower faucets, sinks could use updating. The AC worked well and beds were clean.Overall, our family had a great trip!

Love that we had a boat slip right outside our door! We had a great time. Every thing we needed was at the condo. Very clean and nice.

Family summer getaway

Very nice property and location. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very quick to respond. Pool area was clean and my grandkids enjoyed it every single day of our stay. Definitely would come back and stay next summer. Highly recommend.

Several days out with Friends

We had three wonderful days out with friends. The weather was not cooperating at first but last two days were wonderful. The neighborhood was great and everyone was friendly. They guys had chances to fish and the girls had a chance to shop and enjoy the beach. Food recommendations were spot on. Our host did a wonderful job and we couldn't have been more please with our accommodations.

Property was well maintained and super clean, and having a dock to pull up and tie the boat off to was a big plus! Will definitely be coming back to stay at this rental

Can't beat the location

Great location. The fishing was amazing. Condo is a little older and needs a little TLC, but overall very kid friendly and we will be back.
