It is 15 minutes from downtown Rockport. (HEB, Walmart, movie theater, Rockport beach, local shops and local restaurants.) It is clean and is beautifully decorated. This home is the perfect spot for family trips, fishing trips, or a weekend away. Enjoy the views from the balcony in the 5 Adirondack chairs or from the water in one of the 3 kayaks. Eat inside in the dining area that includes a table for 8 and 3 counter stools on the island or outside on the large picnic table. Inside the living room there are 2 full sized couches.
