The perfect location for our annual family getaway. The house is secluded, quiet and spacious. The amenities were great and provided everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The lighted pier is a great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed fishing from throughout our stay. We caught a variety of coastal game fish and even a few keepers. Jordan was great to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely consider this property for future family gatherings.

The Perfect Family Beach Getaway! We absolutely loved our stay! As a mom, finding a place that is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stress-free weekend is a huge win — and this house checked every box.The absolute highlight was the private pier. My boys spent practically the entire night out there fishing, and honestly, watching them have that much fun was my favorite part of the whole trip. There’s just something special about sitting by the water, slowing down, and letting the kids make memories. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like the perfect place to unplug, relax, and enjoy some quality family time.We would 100% recommend this property to any family looking for a weekend away at the beach. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The house is exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. The host was responsive any time we had a question, but with everything going so smoothly there was minimal conversation needed. The outdoor area was well lit and well furnished for a fun outside experience as well. The lighted pier was our most favorite part with plenty of fish caught. We’d definitely come back.

I am a mom of 3 who loves being outdoors with my family.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This Bayfront home is one of my favorite places in the world. My family and I purchased it in 2020 and quickly fell in love. I love how remote it feels while still being within 10 minutes from downtown Rockport. Being on and next to the water is so relaxing and it is great fun to watch my 3 kids play in the bay or fish from the pier. Our family loves to bring our boat and keep it docked at the end of the pier. Going for a sunset drive around Port Bay is one of our favorite things. My husband loves to fish from the pier or wade fish in the bay. We never seem to get bored when we are out here.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I couldn't ask for a better location than being on an acre on Port Bay. The bird watching is great on balcony or in the surrounding neighborhood. The neighborhood and house are the perfect place for me to unwind and enjoy a quiet vacation. Also it is such a plus to be able to fish from the private pier. At sunset it is common to see dolphins swim by at the end of the pier. It is such a lovely place. We feel so refreshed when we leave.
