The house, a terraced house is only 400 meters from the beach. It is on two levels with a garden equipped for the barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the ground floor there is a living room kitchen equipped with all comforts and dishes and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds.
It also has a private and covered car park. The area is very well served at 100 meters you will find a minimarket, bar

behind butchers, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. it is 60 km from Cagliari airport.
at 6 km Sant anna arresi where you will find post office bank pharmacy medical guard etc.
