The Masia Casa Roja is an old country house from the 16th century. XVII, in the center of Penedès, in the town of Banyeres del Penedès, surrounded by vineyards, facing the sea and protected by the Montmell mountains.

The farmhouse has been restored preserving the structure, original respecting and enhancing its personality as much as possible. In its interior we find in perfect harmony and balance the original charm together with the comfort and the comforts of some present spaces.

In the rehabilitation, sustainability and environmental protection criteria have been followed, using as much as possible recovered and ecological materials, betting strongly on solar and biomass renewable energies, to offer them a healthy and environmentally friendly stay.

The incorporation of the home automation in its operation, allows an access management, comfortable, safe and with total autonomy, improving the comfort during your vacations and vacations.

In the whole of the farmhouse there are eight rooms (4 with double bed, 2 with double beds and 2 more with three beds), two sofa beds, 5 bathrooms and a small toilet that serves the kitchen - dining room and a room Living or large common space, a patio, barbecue ...

In seasons it is rented as MASIA COMPLETA with capacity up to 18 people and in others it is rented as 5 independent accommodations with capacities for 2,4 and 5 people, being the accommodations EL CELLER and EL MASOVER the ones of 2 people, LA PUBILLA with capacity for 4 People and L'HEREU and LES SITGES with capacities of 5 people each. All of them are fully equipped with individual and exclusive kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and one or two rooms depending on the accommodation.

The sports facilities of shared use to which they have free access and our clients are located about 100 meters from the farmhouse and are composed of football field, tennis court, basketball, petanque and in summer season the pools and their enclosure.
