Bathroom. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer). 1st floor: Fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room, 1 double bedroom.(bed 180) 1 shower room, separate toilet. 2nd floor: (access only by external staircase) 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom for 1 person, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together. 1 shower room and separate toilet.
