super séjour chez Mourad
nous avons passé un super séjour chez notre hôte Mourad. Il est très gentil et très disponible à tout heure. c'est une personne chaleureuse. Appartement au top avec belles vues sur mer. Très spacieux, restaurants, activités et plage à proximité.. Je vous recommande sans problème pour découvrir cette ville et belle région.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Mourad est disponible, réactif et toujours la si vous avez besoin. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. La vue sur mer est exceptionnelle. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal et l'accès au front de mer est facile et direct. Pleins de commerces à proximité restaurants boulangeries supérettes.... Parking à proximité gardé et sécurisé...bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Nos remerciements à Mourad et à Samir des personnes dignes, dévouées et de bonne éducation qui répondent présents en toutes circonstances. J'ajoute aussi que le voisinage est très avenant et familial, ce qui met facilement en confiance les personnes voyageant seules en particulier les femmes qui se sentiront sécurisées le temps d'un séjour pour cette location. séjour magnifique !
Nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement conforme à l'annonce. Super propre et très bien situé dans le centre ville. Nous n'avons eu de cesse d'admirer la mer et la montagne du Murdjajo. En plus en fonction du moment de la journée, les luminosités sont différentes offrant alors des vues magnifiques et changeantes, de vraies peintures naturelles. La résidence est très calme et arborée, nous avons pu vraiment nous ressourcer. Je remercie Samir pour son extrême gentillesse et la qualité de ses services. Amateurs de belles vues au cœur du centre ville d'Oran, cette adresse est top

Quartier idéal pour découvrir Oran (front de mer, centre ville avec ces rues larbi ben mhidi, khemisti, Loubet, etc). Appartement sans vis à vis, calme et fonctionnel. Un bon accueil du propriétaire Samir.

familiale très bien situé
Votre appartement est tres bien situé à Oran centre. Nous avons fortement apprécié le confort et la propreté du logement, la qualité des équipements mises à dispositions et l'accueil du copropriétaire Samir sur place. Les vues sont tres belles et j’imagine qu’en été, il est très agréable de prendre le petit-déjeuner et le diner sur la terrasse avec la superbe vue sur le port et la mer. A 5 minutes à pied du front de mer et tous les commerces. Un très bon voisinage respectueux. A recommander à tous les adeptes d'un séjour familial en sécurité et calme.

Un très bon accueil, gentillesse et disponibilités de Mr Samir. L'appartement est agréable, sécurisé et confortable. J'ai apprécié l'emplacement à moins de 5mn à pied du front de mer, de nombreux parc et espace vert autour quelque chose de rare sur oran, des restaurant et supérettes à moins de 50m. Des chaînes françaises Tf1, M6, France2, ....pour rester connecté. Nous reviendrons très prochainement.

Satisfaction : agréable, confort et sécurité
Très bon accueil, gentillesse et disponibilités de Mr Samir. L'appartement est propre et agréable avec beaucoup de potentiels : un très emplacement au centre ville, de nombreux parc et espace vert autour. Des restaurants et supérette à moins de 50m. Des chaînes TV françaises Tf1, m6, France2, ...pour rester informer. Un bon voisinage. Nous reviendrons très prochainement.

Rare et idéal !
Situation idéale, en plein cœur d’Oran à trois minutes à pieds du boulevard du front de mer et le port. Sans vis-à-vis avec de très belles vues sur la mer et le front de mer. L'appartement est lumineux, les volumes splendides, l’aménagement et la déco bien et reposants. Équipé comme à la maison, on s'y sent... comme à la maison ! A réserver sans hésiter.

trois en un :calme, sécurité en plein centre ville
La vue est imprenable sur la mer et le célèbre boulevard du front de mer. Location absolument conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous nous sommes bien reposé. Prise en charge impeccable du frère du gérant Monsieur Samir. C'est la première fois que je visite Oran et Cette location nous a offert le meilleur moyen d'y séjourner et d'effectuer un séjour très agréable, propreté, sécurité absolue, confort, beauté des paysages depuis la terrasse et les fenêtres!, convivialité et propreté de l'environnement (espace vert) aussi bien dans la résidence que dans le quartier en lui même ou il y a plein de commerces chaleureux de qualité. l'appartement se trouve non loin de l'avenue ou il y a les plus beaux et modernes constructions de haut standing qui poussent à Oran.

un havre de tranquillité en plein centre ville
J'ai trouvé l'appartement parfait pour les familles en plein centre ville d’Oran avec en bonus des très belles vue sur le port et la mer.. des vraies cartes postales (à vos appareils photos!). Ultra calme et totale sécurité!. J'ai déjà loué des aparts dans le centre ville et je n'ai eu que des mauvaises surprises, cafards, bruits et surtout l'insécurité permanente en raison des clochards et des lieux peu fréquentables.... Cet appart, tout confort, propre est parfait pour les familles qui cherchent la sécurité, le calme et la bonne humeur des vacances.

Je devais me rendre à Oran pour affaire avec ma mère âgée et j'avais un peu peur, en tant que femme de me retrouvé dans la 2ème grande ville d’Algérie. L'appartement, la résidence et le quartier est totalement conforme à l'annonce jusqu'à la gentillesse et le dévouement du gérant sur place, très bonne prise en charge. Nous conservons précieusement cette adresse.Notre voyage d'affaire "obligatoire" s'est alors transformé en vrai séjour de vacances en plein centre ville d'Oran !!!

appart de vacance
J'ai passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement qui vous plonge de suite dans un climat de vacance. Un excellent voisinage bien éduqué et respectueux chose rare. L'appart avec ses belles vues panoramiques sur mer est parfait (la propreté, l'emplacement à 100m du boulevard du font de mer, le confort) et surtout la grande gentillesse de Kader toujours disponible). Tout est à paroximité : restaurant, rotisserie, banque, superettes... Je reviendrai au printemps. Merci encore d'avoir pris soin de nous et notamment de la grande mere très contente.

appart reposant et tres tres belle vues sur mer
Appart parfait suréquipé, trés calme, quartier paisible. Bref tres rare à trouver pareil au centre ville. Le plus de la location: des photos souvenirs de vos vacances depuis l'appart avec soit vue sur Santa Cruz ou vue sur le port d'oran ou vue sur le front de mer ou sur la mer et les nouvelles tours en verre. Franchement une tres belle adresse á conserver et recommander.

Agréable et confortable
Un lieu de séjour central dans Oran à proximités de tous avec des belles vues sur mer/port à couper le soufle où nous avons été très gentiment accueillis! Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement à toute famille de passage à Oran.

top confort et sécurité
Appart top confort dans une résidence du cenre ville ultra calme et sécurisé. Superbes vues panoramiques sur la mer, le port et front de mer. l'immeuble est doté de 2 ascenseurs. Ayant passé un trés agréable séjour, rapport qualité prix trés intéressent. A bientôt.
