We were very happy with this rental property. The VRBO listing provides an accurate description of the place. It has a spectacular balcony. It is well located in Rome (only a 5 minute walk from the mail train station). We would stay here again the next time we visit Rome. The place is up on the 6th floor, but the elevator worked well. The only drawback with this property is that it is not ideal for people who would want to do a lot of cooking. The kitchen has a cook-top and limited counter space. However, when in Rome, many people will want to eat out most of the time. There are several good and affordable restaurants on the same street as this property (and many more restaurants in the general vicinity).
