The apartment is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people, has a double private terrace for exclusive use, split over two levels and accessible via an external spiral staircase.
The outdoor space on the lower level has a corner where you can relax and on the upper level there are seats and a dining table, where you can eat or enjoy an aperitif at sunset looking at the typical rooftops of Rome.

The central location of the apartment, close to Via del Corso (one of the most famous shopping streets in the city center) and a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, will allow you to easily reach many of the attractions and cultural sites to visit in Rome, such as the Vatican Museums and the Ara Pacis.
In a few minutes walking distance you can also reach the subway for longer journeys.

The living area, spacious and bright, is equipped with a sofa and a tv, it is a welcoming and inviting space where you can relax.
The two double bedrooms have comfortable beds, the space is completely dedicated to guests where it is possible to store luggages, clothes and personal items.

The apartment is professionally cleaned at each guest change, you will find the beds prepared with clean linen and a basic supply of towels and detergents for personal care available for each guest.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:

- please inform us the soonest you can about your expected arrival time at the apartment;

- check in time is 3pm - 8pm > ANY DELAY will be subject to an extra fee request (30€ for the first hour, 10€ more for each extra hour), the maximum tolerance is 10pm. The arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise check-in at your desired time may not be guaranteed;

- CHECK IN PROCEDURE > all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document upon the arrival to be registered to the Italian security authorities, as required by the current legislation regarding short stays (also minors); each guest is required to sign a short term rental contract (possibly before the arrival in electronic format);

- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (children under 10 years old are exempt); it is possible to pay the city tax amount exclusively by cash and in euros;

- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);

- each stay is supplied with a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom;

- it is not possible to wash the linen provided on arrival at home; extra linen and towels are provided for stays longer than 7 nights, without extra charge.
For shorter stays linen and towels change can be provided on request with at least 48 hours advance notice and the service cost will depend on the type and the quantity requested;

- please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am);

- extra cost will be charged on guests if the flat will be found at the check out in particularly dirty and untidy conditions.
