Newly built, this house is located within a set of three homes designed for family enjoyment. The modern design and the quality of the construction stand out in this fishing village in the north of Lanzarote. Galana House is located in the third of the houses, the highest, so it has extraordinary views of the sea and the badlands (landscape of lava). Casa Galana is a completely independent house, with its own entrance and its own 11m2 pool. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. In front of the houses there is an entrance to the sea, between rocks, equipped with railing and stairs from which you can enjoy almost exclusively. You will also enjoy the trails through the "Malpais", which border the coast and the different coves and small beaches that you will find there.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Ich bin dankbar fuer den freundlichen Empfang, sofortige Reaktion bei einer spaeteren Anfrage und die Ruhe, die wir hier geniessen konnten, in einem voll ausgestatteten Objekt mit sauberem und ideal geheizten Pool. Ich haette es mir nicht besser gestalten koennen. Danke!

Very chilling

We enjoyed very relaxing hollidays. We rented the groundfloor "villa Galana" and our friends the appartment at the first floor. Both of the appartements are well equiped. Our girls used the pool all day long. The place ist very quiet with a overwhelming panorama. There is a small shop in the village that sells most things you need and the shop-manager is very helpful. For big shopping, you need a car to drive to the next city. We had big luck because the Covid-19-mesures during july 2021 were not so strict and annoying, we could visit restaurants inside without problems. We'd be happy to return.

Sehr schön, aber leider nicht ganz unsere Erwartung

Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen, die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einfach schön und die Unterkunft ist wegen der Ortsrandlage extrem ruhig gelegen, was uns persönlich gut gefallen hat. Der Kontakt mit Jessica hat gut geklappt, sie ist sehr sympathisch und hat sich auch um jedes Anliegen bestmöglich gekümmert! Lieben Dank dafür! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist absolut ausreichend, die Betten für uns bequem und es gab sogar frisches Obst, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein als Willkommesgruß! Der fehlende Cacher für den Pool wurde auf eine kurze Nachfrage bei Jess schnellstmöglich ersetzt. Es gibt allerdings einen Wermutstropfen: unter dem Namen „Casa Galana“ und dem dafür verlangten Preis haben wir ein ganzes Haus für uns allein erwartet, worauf wir in unseren Urlauben immer viel Wert legen. Der Name ist unserer Meinung nach irreführend und auch die Beschreibung drückt nicht klar aus, daß nur die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss gemietet wird und das erste Obergeschoss gesondert vergeben ist. Und wenn dort Mieter sind, könnte die Ruhe dort durchaus gemindert werden... Zudem beträgt die Wohnfläche nur ca. 100 qm. Die 200 qm, wie im Inserat angegeben, dürften die Wohnung inklusive der Terrasse und Pool sein. Vielleicht ein Übersetzungsfehler, aber eigentlich sind die angeführten Details doch nur bei sehr genauem Studium des Textes und der Fotos herauslesbar. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr ruhig, was uns persönlich zwar sehr gefällt, aber doch erwähnenswert ist, falls man etwas anderes möchte. Ein paar einfache Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es fussläufig, wir sind meistens mit dem Auto ein paar Kilometer zum Essen gefahren, was für uns ebenfalls absolut ok war. Für alle, die eine Wohnung am Meer mit einem eigenen Pool, fernab der Touristenorte suchen, ist „Casa Galana“ aber trotzdem durchaus zu empfehlen.

Very modern and comfortable apartment with particularly beautiful views of the "Malpais" and the sea (as situated on the edge of the city). Arancha, who welcomed us, is very helpful and is always ready to answer a question or help.
