A great location in a small town just minutes from Sardis lake and within a half hour from Ole Miss. Magnolia grove monastary is just minutes away as well. Local grocery and restaurants right on Main Street with more choices just 4 miles away in Como.

Our cozy renovated 1930's bungalow is a comfortable new home for you during your stay.

The house sleeps 8 comfortable with a 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Queen bed and private bath ,2 full beds in in other bedroom with private bath.A convertible queen sofa in the living room with 1/2 bath.Each room has dressers as well as tv equipped with cable television,and wifi
Your hot water comes from an on demand heater and your kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave and Keurig machine and toaster.
In the drawers you will find some Keurig coffee, creamers and sugar,and microwave popcorn.
Bottled water is in the refrigerator and flat ware is on the right side of the sink.
Dish towels and a lighter is also in the drawer under the coffee.
Your home away is stocked with plate, cups, mugs and a variety of pots and pans and paper napkins. Extra towels and sheets are in the ½ bath off the kitchen. As you walk through the kitchen you will meet with the washer- dryer with cleaning agents on the shelf above.
Through the door brings you to a cozy screened in back porch, best enjoyed in the afternoon as the sun goes down. The front porch is equipped with a BBQ grill lots of shade.
Sardis is a small town of just under 2000 people and this charming home is located right next door to the owners and has no neighbor
on one side and a large front yard. there is a small park across this quiet street.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect, had everything one would need Everything was in good working order. The beds were very comfortable. Becca and Dutch were awesome, they were very helpful. They even helped my co-worker find locals that are into the same hobbies so that he could enjoy his down time when we weren't working. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Sardis!

This is a wonderful place in a nice, quiet spot. The house is warm, inviting and extremely comfortable !!!! All of the amenities are perfect. Rebecca and Dutch are the best. They are warm, extremely accommodating and fun people who also have a wood fired pizza place is town that is EXCELLENT - I am from Brooklyn and trust me this pizza is great!!! We will definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this location and owners - a truly wonderful experience !!!

Relaxing Stay

We came to the house quite late, but the owner still answered the phone when we needed help. She also didn’t make us clean anything or take out the trash. There were coffee cups, an adjustable temperature, seasonings, etc. It was one of the most relaxing rental home experiences I have had.

We were in town for a wedding and were fortunate enough to be able to stay at Rebecca and Dutch's vacation home. Stylish, clean and comfortable. Met Rebecca upon check in and found out they run the wood fire pizza restaurant in downtown Sardis. Downtown was only 3 blocks away and pizza dinner was so authentic Italian, made in the dome style brick oven, loved it! The weekend weather was rainy but the house was cozy. If you want a little town history, Rebecca will fill you in.

Hogans House for our Daughters Wedding at Chapel in the Pines

We were so pleased with our stay. Our hosts were amazing. We were greeted with delicious homemade muffins that Becca made. Also a fruit bowl, that was great for a snack on the go Dutch also came and checked to make sure electronic were working properly, Such a pleasant home. Very quaint and comfortable. All the essentials we needed were there. Convenient to our destinations Would definitely stay again!😊

Quiet get away

What a cute place to stay while visiting Oxford. Totally wish we could stay longer. Came in to visit our son and go to a game. The house fit us perfectly and is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Hopefully next time we can stay longer and go fishing and eat at TriBecca! The menu looks fantastic! Thank you Dutch and Rebecca!

Great venue for an Ole Miss football weekend.

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Ole Miss. Two couples, two teens and a dog enjoyed this cozy cottage with room to spare with a sleeper sofa that we did not use. The owners had muffins and coffee available for us and the neighborhood was quite and very safe. The only drawback limited lighting in the one of the bathrooms, but the girls could put on there makeup in the 1/2 bath that had better lighting. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this property. Give the opportunity we would definitely stay here again

A Home Away From Home

This is not a rental house. It is a home. It is beautiful, cozy and inviting. The décor is simple, but elegant. It is very comfortable and welcoming. You can't help but fall in love with it. It is stocked with all the goodies you'd like. The owners are very kind and considerate of their tenants and it is obvious that they took a lot time thinking through the convenience of others. Excellent Rental Home

We rented this home for a college football weekend! The owners have thought of everything. Upon check-in, we had fresh muffins, bottled water, and a fruit bowl. The house has full laundry, pots, pans, etc. and plenty of sleeping areas. There were extra blankets, plenty of towels, and all the amenities of home! It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the interstate.

Fabulous Property and wonderful hosts!!

Becca was absolutely amazing and the house was just incredible. From the muffins and fresh fruit to the waters for our adventures, Becca made our weekend away perfect. We had a number of special needs and Becca came through for us without hesitation. This home was perfect for our family with the spacious living room/kitchen area to the fully appointed bedrooms. We can not say enough about both the house and the peaceful neighborhood. What a gem.

This house was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of sleeping space and all very comfortable. The home is well maintained, decorated nicely, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are next door and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Plus they run a wood fire pizza restaurant a few blocks away that was out of this world. Recent stay for the Ole Miss game!!!

The place was OK. Nothing to great. Could of been cleaner (cob webs), newer sheets and towels. It also had window AC units. Not a fan of those..

Originally from New York Becca and Dutch have lived in Sardis almost 20 years. We are active in our community and work to improve our town and surroundings. We live next door to Hogan's house with the backyard devoted to our dogs. The peaceful quaintness is a great attraction for us. We started our own business here in Sardis so we are usually within shouting distance if you need anything.

Why they chose this property

Dutch and I bought this House when our neighbor moved it is a beautiful corner lot ,but the house needed tender loving care. over the course of 5 years we have redesigned and renovated the house ourselves with intent to share with others as a guest house. Our neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We are local business owners and love our little town and this darling house.
We hope our guest do as well. Check out Huckies House as well its on the other side of us and available for getaways as well

Sardis has many nice amenities other that the obvious lake and convenience to Oxford and Memphis.

Sardis Steak and Seafood offers a variety of dishes including steak and sushi

Need a used car we have to used car dealers Ernie Dye and Newt Davis.
Make a right off Main onto Lee St toward the lake you will find

Pollo Loco: local owned Mexican restaurant
L and L steak and Fish (buffet) open Thurs, Friday and Saturday night

Como is just four short miles down the road(north on frontage rd, hwy 51 or 55) to
Como Steak , Windy city grill, Thai hut and Del rio authentic Mexican restaurant
Batesville is 8 to 10 miles south of Sardis on 55 and has a Walmart, Kroger , piggly wiggly and other ammendenties.
