A very convenient appartment

The appartment was on walking distance of supermarkets, city center and beach. Appartment was clean and airconditioning was very good!

Absolutely wonderful! :)

Great location and the bike made everything super convenient. Emanuela picked us up from the train station, gave us a tour and showed us in. Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beach but far enough that it was quiet at night. Highly recommend staying here, and check out the Punta Manara for great hike with panoramic views!

Lovely appartment in a quiet and convinient area.

The appartment was very clean and with a small balcony. The owners very seviceminded and helpful. Both train station and centre/ bay in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Short train distance also both to Cinque Terra / Portofino and Pisa. We would happily stay there again. Thank you from Tove and Else

Compact studio with terrace in residential building close to both beaches.All modern appliances TV oven etc. Great host.

Our stay in Sestri Levante

Had a wonderful 11 nights stay in this apartment. Our hosts went above and beyond, collecting us from the station, showing us around the resort and showing us the apartment. It was well equipped, clean and the location was great, a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. We would definitely recommend it! Many thank to Emanuela and Fabio

Emanuela and Fabio were extremely kind. They picked us up from the train station and took us in a quick tour around Sestri Levante. You can use 2 bikes they have outside the condo. Sestri Levante is a great quiet town to stay in between areas like Cinque terre and Portofino. 15-20 mins walk to the train station which is not terrible

Sestri Levante - One week holiday

We spent a lovely week in Sestri Levante, which is lovely with good shops, restaurants & beaches. It’s a prefect location to also visit Comigli, Rapallo, Portofino & the Cinque Terre. Some you can do as a boat trip, some by the excellent Italian train service which runs along the coast.Our hosts, Emanuela & Fabio were lovely, met us at the train station & then kindly gave us a tour around Sestri Levante so we knew what to see & where to go.The apartment itself was lovely, modern & very clean with a nice balcony. They had thought of everything that we could need. The hosts even let us have use of two bicycles during our stay, which was really handy for travelling around Sestri Levante, which also has lots of cycle lanes so as to avoid the traffic. Fabio even called when we asked about a bike pump & inflated the tyres for us.! The apartment is about a ten minute walk from the centre so not far but it was about 3 mins on the bicycles. We found the restaurants on the front were better than in the old town during our stay. There are some lovely bars/restaurants at the Bay of Silence, although quite pricey for drinks but you pay for where you are sat drinking them. The Spiaggia dei Ragazze is a free beach where you can take your own umbrella (we bought one from the supermarket for 14) which we found better than the price of hiring an umbrella & sunbeds. A great beach bar too hereOverall a great place & holiday & hosts.We will definitely visit again & stay at the same place.

Liebe Emanuela, wir hatten eine zauberhafte Woche in Deinem Appartement mit dem schönen Balkon. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sowohl die Wege zur Altstadt sowie zu den Stränden sind kurz. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Im Oktober 2026 verbrachten wir eine Woche in dieser Wohnung unseren URLAUB. Wir waren bis auf eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit für die Abende (kleine Couch) und fehlendem Mückenschutz sehr zufrieden. Geschirrspülreiniger und Toilettenpapier hätten etwas reichlicher sein können. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und bei kleinen Problemchen sofort tätig. Danke für alles

Le logement d'Emanuela est situé dans une résidence calme, à proximité du centre, des plages et du supermarché. Il est bien conçu, propre et la térasse est agréable. La mise à disposition des vélos est un véritable plus pour circuler partout dans la ville. Le box est très appréciable et suffisamment grand pour garer un monospace. Fabio et Emanuela nous ont superbement bien accueilli. Ils nous ont donné plein d'explications pour un séjour agréable dans cette magnifique ville de Sestri Levante.

I highly recommend this booking if staying in Sestri Levante. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from the beach & anywhere in town, and is fully equipped for any length of stay. The underground garage was very convenient for a small car. Emanuela and her husband were kind hosts who met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. When there was an issue with the hot water they responded immediately and came to fix it- this was the only hiccup and it very reassuring that the hosts were responsible and helpful.Sestri Levante is a charming vacation town for Italian families, with plenty of restaurants, beach clubs, beautiful views, and things to do. It was extremely hot in July- even with a nice breeze the heat in the afternoon kept us inside for a few hours a day. Luckily the AC worked well in the apartment and helped us recuperate for going back out in the evenings (and kept us cool at night).

Außerordentlich herzlicher Empfang. Ich wurde am Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder am zum Bahngleis begleitet. Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet, liegt sehr ruhig, ist hell mit schönem Balkon und Weitsicht. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft liegt wenige Minuten entfernt, das Zentrum und der Strand sind in Kürze fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein rundum schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt!

È un appartamento per vacanze davvero, davvero, davvero bellissimo. Perfetto per rilassarsi! Semplicemente perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. È incluso un posto auto in garage sotto l'edificio. Tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili e fanno di tutto per farvi sentire a vostro agio. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Eine sehr süßes, kleines Appartement in sehr guter Lage! Leider schlecht beschrieben, was die Distanz zum Meer betrifft, aber dennoch sehr zentral.Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, aber für besonders große Autos nicht so komfortabel. Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
