Duplex con solarium vistas al Puerto del Portixol, castillo de bellver y ciudad de Palma. Tan solo a 25 metros podrá disfrutar de la playa y de un precioso paseo maritimo, ideal para pasear, running o ir en bicicleta. Tan solo 500m del Palacio de Congresos. Es una de las zonas mas exclusivas del mediterraneo según publica el Financial Times. Ideal para descansar en familia, muy tranquila y al mismo tiempo muy cerca del centro antiguo de Palma. El Portixol ha sido un pueblo pesquero, antiguo suburbio de Palma que ha rejuvenecido y se ha puesto de moda otra vez entre residentes y turistas. Sus propiedades son antiguas casas de los pescadores, que se han convertido en atractivos inmuebles. Además, el pueblo cuenta con todo tipo de bares, cafés y restaurantes frente al mar. Lovely location, close to the beach and restaurants.Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The roof terrace is fabulous! We had breakfast and evening drinks and/or dinner there every night.Highly recommended this apartment!

Perfect Stay

Our favorite by far was the 3rd floor large balcony overlooking the Palma marina. We could see both sunrise and sunset. But the house as a whole was also fantastic. Bedrooms had all we needed; the 2nd floor bedroom had beautiful sliding door closets with drawers inside and the kitchen had whatever we needed to cook in.

A real gem

The property was perfect for our stay: my husband and I took the bedroom and bathroom on one level and our guests each had a bedroom and shared a bathroom on a different level. We stayed 7 nights and there was plenty of space so that we were not cramped and there is plenty of storage. Sunrises and sunsets on the terrace were marvelous. A supermarket is less than 10 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook two dinners rather than go out. The view of the marina and the hotel next door are also pluses. Aitor is a great host and we had no problems at all with communications and access to him when we had questions. We honestly have nothing negative to say about the property, the host, the location, and Palma.

Amazing house and location

Everything was perfect with the house and location. Beach, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. East walk to Palma city along the back of the main beach. Not a single negative.

Fabulous

We had a super time here. It’s a fabulous location over looking the harbour. The layout is great with the roof terrace. Apartment was very clean, and really well equipped kitchen to be able to cook no problem. Communication with Aitor was great also, super responsive. 10/10.

Excelente alojamiento.

Situado en un lugar privilegiado, con vistas al puerto de Portixol, tuvimos una cálida acogida por los anfitriones a nuestra llegada. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, perfecta para el descanso. Dúplex muy cuidado y equipado con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. Repetiríamos, sin duda.

Wonderful apartment in a beatiful area

The apartment was clean and beatifully decorated. Aitor was a brilliant host. We loved the area with a lot of nice restaurants. We rented bicycles and we loved to visit a lot of nice places.

Awesome stay in a great location

From the first day to the last everything was great, comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax, top floor porch was great with nice views of the city and the harbor. Aitor was very attentive and the oranges, lemons and limes were appreciated. Did not want to leave!

Rooftop dining with the marina view...LOVELY!

We really enjoyed this property. It's incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. It's right by the marina and has a beach close by not the nicest one we went to, but definitely convenient. Beautiful hotel and restaurant next-door so you can walk over and have fine dining. About a 45 minute drive to all the attractions so if you rent a car, you will be all set. Parking was not hard at all. We loved staying here. I would definitely recommend it.

This gorgeous apartment in the Portixol area of Palma is a real gem - the host is very accommodating and communicative, the location is great and the rooftop deck is just wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place

We had a perfect stay in the duplex in Portixol. The duplex is just as lovely as you can see in the pictures, and Aitor is a gentle, serviceminded and welcoming host. We loved the Portixol area! In walking distance of Palma center and the Old town, yet quiet and with very nice local restaurants and cafes. You can take walks by the sea, rent a bike or a car to explore the island. I would be happy to return.

Beautiful Home

Great apartment

Great location where we were able to park nearby for free (we visited at the end of September). The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and clean. The sunny terrace is a nice bonus. Close to a supermarket and some lovely restaurants. You can walk into the centre in approx 20-30 mins. Would recommend!
