Brand-new, restored house in Palma with a large patio.<br>It’s centrally located near the Old Town (but not within it), the Santa Catalina area, the Paseo Marítimo, and the Paseo Mallorca.<br>On the large terrace, you’ll feel as if you weren’t in the city centre.<br>Palma is the capital of Mallorca and a great base for exploring all the beaches scattered across the island by car, as well as strolling through the Old Town, the shopping streets, and the restaurants and bars of Santa Catalina or La Lonja.<br>The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, and a spacious patio that makes you feel as if you’re not in the centre of Palma.<br>In the patio, we have a BBQ at your disposal, a small porch, a table, chairs, sun loungers, a parasol, a hammock, and other furnishings to make your stay more comfortable.<br>The house is located near the “historic city,” but not within it. Most of Palma’s tourist attractions are within walking distance of the house.<br>Just a few metres from the house is the public bus stop for Line 2 (“Historic Centre”), which will take you to Palma’s most iconic sites.<br>
