"Villa Ossuccio sur le lac" est une villa privée avec vue sur le lac 180 donnant sur l'île de Comacina,
Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, la maison récemment rénovée dispose d'un grand jardin privé, d'une piscine privée, de son propre amarrage et amarrage pour bateau, de trois chambres et de trois salles de bain, d'une nouvelle cuisine équipée et d'un spacieux salon avec vue sur le lac ainsi qu'un parking privé sécurisé. La maison est située à seulement 10 minutes à pied du supermarché et à proximité des lignes de bus et des sentiers de randonnée autour du lac. Le ferry est situé à seulement 3 minutes en voiture de la maison. Réveillez-vous chaque jour au bord du lac depuis la chambre principale, prenez votre petit-déjeuner sur votre terrasse privée et admirez cette vue!

La villa dispose d'un salon avec vue sur le lac avec deux canapés et une table à manger.

Trois chambres à coucher, chambre principale et salle de bain privée plus une chambre à deux lits. Trois salles de bains au total dans la maison, y compris la salle de bains attenante, toutes dotées d'une douche et de toilettes.

Canapé-lit offre dormir pour deux autres invités. Au total, la maison peut accueillir huit personnes.

Profitez d'un après-midi de détente dans votre jardin privé en profitant du soleil sur les chaises longues ou louez un bateau et dirigez-vous vers les eaux du lac, votre propre amarrage privé.

Amazing Lake Como

Property is located right on the lake. Priceless to watch Rivas and water taxis from your patio while enjoying Rose. House is quintessential Italian Villa. Great location and stay. Walking distance to Lenno and Villa Balbianello. Boat rental just down the street.

We had a wonderful time. The home was immaculate and the location magnificent. The owners/management were wonderful to deal with and I will absolutely return. Grateful for the time I spent there.

We loved having the pool beautiful lòoking out over the lake. Only problem is that the pool is not heated, which we were aware of at time of renting. They had a very hot summer, so we thought it would still be ok. This is probably not an issue if your stay is in hot summer, but being there in late Sept, water was very cold. A suggestion would be to have a heater, and add to cost of the rental if clients want to have a heated pool. We would have been willing to do so in order to have gotten more enjoyment from the pool.We enjoyed yhe restaurant bar next to the house easy to walk to , perfect for us since we did not have a car They hadgreat food , friendly staff and a lovely small parkright next to it. Another great small family restaurant , called Ittiturismo Fraquelli's Fishery was excellent! Fresly caught fish their speciality, a 7 to 10 minute walk from the house.The house itself was lovely, very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped. Perfect location, right on the lake!We would say that staying in Lake Cuomo area, you really are better to have a car. Very few taxis and bus service infrequent when we were there , off season.Recommend the private boat tour of the lake where you get wonderful views of all the towns beautiful villas and gardens.

Wo, so what an amazing property. When they say right on the lake, you are RIGHT on the lake. I didn’t want to leave during the days…. Pool was a 10. Views, bedrooms. All great. Only thing was no AC. Which is fine until say June??

A compromise which may be perfect for some

This property will either work for you well, or not at all, depending on whether the pros outweigh the cons. Pros: 1. On the lake! You could not be any closer to this beautiful place. 2. Walkable to Leno - including many restaurants, boat rental (go elsewhere though) and a supermarket. 3. Good sized pool right next to the lake - such a rate find! 4. Decent outdoor space Cons 1. You are sandwiched between the road (very very close), lake (beautiful but busy/hectic during the day as the house is next to a tourist attraction), a wedding venue (noise and fireworks 2 nights, but not so late/noisy) and a bar/restaurant. This is not an "escape from it all" property - each factor above can be noisy depending on time of day and the bar even had a loud DJ until close to midnight one night - it would have been quieter sitting in front of the speakers! I think this is maybe twice a month though. Location would have been 5* in some respects and 1* in others. 2. No air conditioning. The place is nestled within the plot (sunken into it in places) so does not get too hot, but the master bedroom has no fan and does get hot (30 at night). 3. Downstairs room has a basement feel and no view - it has a de-humidifier and looks onto the boat ramp/fence. 4. The inside is fine - but not in any way modern or luxurious. It has a great view though, so you spend a lot of time looking out. 5. The entrance off the road is very narrow (mirrors in on a small SUV leaves an inch or two maybe on each side) - no way our X5 from home would have squeezed in. In summary, we had a great week here but were glad to be home away from the noise of cars, boats, music, people and to a more comfortable temperature/environment. If you want a "lake experience" - stay here. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, stay a bit further away from the lake/road.

The Ossuccio house was lovely! It was in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and a boat rental. The house was clean and well furnished! What a delectable choice to have..deciding between swimming in the pool or the lake. We hope to come back someday!

Perfection!

We were thrilled with the property! The pictures did not do it justice! Rooms were lovely, pool fabulous, access to the lake from the jetty, loads of outdoor space and everything was spotlessly clean. Everything was managed smoothly including picking up our keys very late after a delayed flight, we really hope to come again!

Incredible Property

We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing Villa for a few nights in Sept. 2019. The photos don't even do this place justice. The property is exceptional, spacious, clean, and you can here the water ripple on the rocks below your back yard. The view is so pretty its stupid. We worked with Lorenzzo and he was fantastic at recommending places to eat and things to see. Highly recommend eating one night at the hidden Locana La Tirlindana and visiting the nearby Villa del Balbianello, another place that pictures don't do justice. We've stayed at some nice places on our travels and this one is definitely up there as one of the best. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

The home is located over two levels and affords spacious living inside and out on the private terrace. The home is just a few minutes drive to the ferry stop to access the whole lake plus beach and supermarket.

The home is located in the sun kissed village of Ossuccio. Here you are in the heart of the lake overlooking the island of Comacina where the firework display takes place every summer, yet can enjoy easy access to the local authentic atmosphere of the village life with bars and restaurants away from much of the tourist mass. There is a real local feel to the village. Ossuccio is located directly along the greenway walk meandering cobbled paths next to the lake popular with walkers. The weekly market with superb local produce and seasonal ingredients is also popular with guests that takes place here throughout the summer and in nearby Lenno which also takes place off season.
In short we offer more then letting our holiday home. We offer a unique insight into living like a local here on the lake to ensure you get the very most from your stay from the minute you arrive ensuring an unforgettable and personal experience.
