These four newly renovated luxury flats are located in 2 recently renovated period buildings, both less than 2 minutes away from Plais du Festivales. I am a professional property manager married to an investment banker. We live in London but spend a fair bit of time in Cannes during school holidays. We love South of France as it offers rich culture, mild climate, shining sea and great food and wine.
Why they chose this property
The property is very centrally located but at the same time is in the quiet street only 2 minutes away from Palais des Festivals, great food market of Le Marche Forville, a stone through from Rue D'Antibes with its shops and 200 meters away from the water front and the port.
