In the heart of Cannes, just 10 minutes walking distance from the Festival Palace, an elegant apartment of 100 m² with large terrace (32 m²) looking over the sea (beachfront), in an Art Deco residence, 2 spacious and bright luminous bedrooms, 2 italian design bathrooms of which one in the suite, separate kitchen, dining room and living room. Apartment fully and accurately restructured, antique parquet floor in the bedrooms and living rooms and marble floor in the other rooms, italian design furniture, fully equipped. Apartment for 4 persons.

THE APARTMENT IS SANITISED BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF ANY GUEST AND EQUIPPED WITH GOOD QUALITY SANITISER PRODUCTS. OUR MAID IS REALLY TRUSTED PERSON AND SHE DOES ALL THE CLEANING WEARING GLOVES AND MASK. TOWELS AND LINEN ARE WASHED AT 60 DEGREES USING ANTI-BACTERIAL PRODUCTS. WE LEAVE THE HOUSE EMPTY FOR ONE DAY BETWEEN THE DEPARTURE AND THE ARRIVAL OF THE NEXT GUESTS.
THE FLAT IS REALLY SAFE AND CLEAN AND THE BIG TERRACE IS A GOOD WAY TO STAY OUTSIDE AND SAFE AT THE SAME TIME.
THE BEACH NEXT TO THE BUILDING IS CLEANED DAILY BY THE CITY OF CANNES.

90 euro for final cleaning, plus 25 euro each person for linen.
Extra cleaning will cost 20 euro per hour, to be settled by cash at the check-in.

This is a fantastic apartment. It is compact, but really well laid out and really well equipped. We were 5 people: 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we were really comfortable. I slept on the sofa bed, which was also great. Beds, a/c outside area all great. A massive attraction was it was virtually on the beachfront.

Elegant apartment right on the beach

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying in Patrizia's elegant and comfortable beach front apartment. The apartment had everything we needed (comfortable sleeping arrangements, washing machine, kitchen, wifi, parking). We found the location to be very convenient, right in front of public beach and a walking distance to the heart of Cannes and to plenty of restaurants and stores. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

THE APARTMENT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED BUT ONLY BETTER ON ARRIVAL. THE HOSTS WERE EXTREMELEY WELCOMING AND THE APARTMENT WAS VERY WELL EQUIPED AND FURNISHED, IN FACT IT WAS LIKE BEING AT HOME. THE BEACH FRONT TERRACE WAS JUST PERFECT WITH AWNING AND PATIO FURNITURE, LIGHTING AND BEST OF ALL AN AMAZING VIEW FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel welcome—meeting us in person and checking in now and then by text to ensure we had everything we needed. Amazing Apartment

The apartment was nothing short of superb. It's conveniently located across the beach. We were a family of five (three small children), and found this location to be most convenient for our family. You are just a short walk from restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries. The apartment is extremely clean, and well maintained. Every room has an AC. Patrizia and her husband were amazing hosts. They were always available. Will definitely return in the future.

We enjoyed 4 nights at this apartment right across the street from the beach. The apartment was clean with modern decor; Patrizia and Bepe had staples in the cupboard and fridge for us to use, including a bottle of wine and 2 beer. A warm welcome! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the beach and sipping wine/beer in the late afternoon. The location is excellent for walking through the old town, or the shopping area as well as catching the ferry to the islands. And the great thing is that the apartment included a parking spot. Wonderful time in Cannes!

We just stayed at this wonderful vacation home in Cannes for a week and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. As a family with three kids, we found this location to be perfect for a beach holiday. We absolutely fell in love with Cannes and France! The placement of the apartment is ideal for families with children. It offers a stunning sea view, is close to food places and a playground, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself had everything we needed – it was very clean, modern, and spacious. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night's sleep. The large terrace with a sea view was a favorite spot for the whole family, and the air conditioning in every room was a much-appreciated feature during our stay. One of the highlights was the clean, free beach just steps away. Even with temperatures between 22-25 degrees, we were able to swim and enjoy the sun comfortably. Parking at the house was another great convenience. While there is a bit of noise from the street on one side, we quickly got used to it and it didn't affect our overall enjoyment. Additionally, the host family was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. All of the 5 star reviews are warranted!. Patrizia was very responsive, the apartment is spacious, well laid out, excellent appliances, an incredible location and view. We were somewhat concerned using VRBO and not having hotel amenities given that we live in the US and don't speak French, but Patrizia and her staff were quite helpful, and promptly answered any questions my wife and I had.

Fabulous Apartment right on the Mediterranean

We spent 2 nights at this lovely apartment in Cannes and it was the highlight of our trip. The apartment was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly located right across from the beach. The location could not have been better. It was right across from a nice beach and a 5 minute walk to the Suquet area of Cannes with many restaurants and bars. Patrizia graciously had cold drinks and wine waiting for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Across from the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. A little ways of walking to the Croisette if your into the high night life partying but if you enjoy the no commotion this is ideal. The beds are kind of rough to sleep in but overall a huge apartment with laundry machine makes for convenience for a family of 5 like we were. Patrizia was very informative and helpful throughout the stay. We would recommend this place for a family!

Lovely apartment in great location

We spent a great week at this lovely apartment. Patrizia and Beppe were extremely good hosts and were very helpful at ensuring we had a good stay. The apartment is clean, very well furnished and with everything that you could need. You are a short walk from the centre of Cannes and there are lots of good beach clubs with restaurants very close to the apartment. Being on the main sea front road, it can be noisy with all the traffic going by, but this is inevitable if you want a sea view. Once you are inside the apartment with the windows closed you are not disturbed by the traffic. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for your stay in Cannes.
