A spacious and safe apartment centrally located.

We really enjoyed our stay, and the view of the apartment and the host was super helpful and responsive with several questions we had along the way. The only reason for a 4 rating was the floor wasn't super clean (the rest was) and it was a particularly hot week late July/early August and we found the apartment very hot and hard to cool down, even with fans. We would recommend staying here!

The Best of Ponta Delgada

The property is centrally located. Walking distance to the City Centre. It is in a real neighbourhood, safe and friendly people. Close to grocery stores(small) and a gym. The views from every window and terrece are amazing rain or shine. Our host was amicable, responsive and helpful. A super host. The actual space is large and airy. The building is very secure and the neighbours friendly. Caution: the streets are narrow, and the sidewalks are even narrower. This Island is beautiful, scenic, restfull.

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful apartment in a convenient location. It has an enormous terrace with views on three sides. There is a parking garage in the building. I highly recommend this place.
