Studiolägenhet belägen vid kusten av Torremolinos, i den emblematiska byggnaden känd som "Castillo de Santa Clara", mellan stränderna i Bajondillo och Carihuela.
Byggnaden har en reception som är bemannad 24 timmar om dygnet, varje dag på året. Du har direkt tillgång till strandpromenaden med en privat hiss. Du har också tillgång till Torremolinos centrum. Den har en stor pool med utsikt över havet, öppen från maj till september. Tennisbana.
Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen i den så kallade "Cornisa de Santa Clara". Dess riktning är sydväst med spektakulär direkt utsikt över strandpromenaden och Carihuela-stranden.

Other than having some problem contacting the property manager initially (use WhatsApp only, no response on texting), necessary because the info about internet connectivity was inaccurate and we were without for the first day and a half, we really enjoyed the apartment very much. It is very bright with a beautiful view along the beach and out to the sea. While a little tight, it is well equipped and provided us with an excellent location for daily outings. Very happy with our selection.

Nice apartment with seaview

Everything is available. Nespresso dolce gusto and a normal filter machine. Enougj towel and sheets. We koved sitting on the balcony seeing the sea and listing to the waves.

Fabulous Apartment

Absolutely perfect. Stunning view, we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, lovely comfortable bed and great shower. We didn't use the pool but we did pop to the bar there on arrival and it all looked great. We had a wonderful stay and a great holiday all round. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment, enjoyed great view of the beach/sea. Great situated between the city and the beach. All in walking distance. Very easy to access from Malaga Airport by train and a short walk downhill to the apartment. The owner provided lots of information and an efficient service.

Lovely modern well designed studio loved the shiny marble floor comfortable bed the view from the floor to ceiling windows is breath taking. Enjoyed the cafe/restaurant which served an excellent Menu del dia every day. Lovely pool but the best part is the private lift down to the promenade.

Love this apartment

This is our 3rd stay here and we hope to stay again next year. The only slight problem we had this time is that we could only get one English news channel on the TV as there was a connection issue and unfortunately this couldn't be fixed during our stay. As we were both ill for the last 3 days of our holiday and spent most of our time in the apartment, having a choice of English TV channels would have helped.

Great apartment in a great area

Just back from weeks stay in this apartment in the carehuela area of Torremolinos.Everything was perfect.Apartment spotless,in the best location right on the beachfront with fabulous views yet only minutes walk from shops,restaurants etc..We had great weather for October.The air conditioning was the most comfortable and quitest we have ever had in any accommodation.Communication with owner was excellent,always quick to reply to any emails or query’s you might have.Thanks again Juan ,we hope to be back at some point

Excellent experience!

My partner and I stayed at the apartment for a month. We found it to be perfect! The location, with EVERYTHING within walking distance, and view of the sea are incredible- you're quite literally on the sea. The beach is great, always a spot, and not too crowded. The apartment affords you to live in Torremolinos as you want to, visiting the tourist attractions easily but also being like a local - we cooked many of our meals at home.Satellite TV with a million channels - we actually watched our local news from Montreal, Canada. This is truly a gem. I would recommend it greatly. A home away from home.

Vacation

We stayed for two weeks in this apartment. The accomodation was perfect for two adults . The view is amazing and we used the balcony a lot for breakfast, lunch or just for having a glass of wine in the evening. The location of the apartment is perfect. The sea and the restaurants are just in the backyard. Also the nearest train station is about 700 m walk away. By bying the 10 € ticket we travelled along the coast many times and visited several places. Thank you Juan for letting us rent your place. Couldn’t be happier! -Outi & Mika

Perfect in many ways

This was one of 3 studio apartments we rented as a family. It’s been refurbished and modernised throughout and contained everything required for our 2 week stay. Contained a good quality pull out sofa bed if required and nice modern furnishings. Only 20 minutes transfer time from the airport. 30 seconds from the building elevator to the lovely beach. 30 seconds further to cafe and restaurants and the beautiful La Carrihuela. For us as a 3 generational family the location was absolutely perfect and the views from the balcony were stunning. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Host Juan always helpful!

Pequeño pero todo nuevo con vistas maravillosas

Apartamento pequeño con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Está muy nuevo y limpio y las vistas al mar son impresionantes. Tan cerca que las olas son ruidosas de más, si te molestan los ruidos. En una zona muy cercana a restaurantes y tiendas. No hay que coger el coche para nada. Muy cerca una parada de bus y el tren.

Alles war perfekt. Angefangen von der schönen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung bis zur Lage der Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Rückfragen im Vorfeld wurden uns vom Vermiegter umgehend beantwortet. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.
