Wonderful vacation

The very best condo

This is the VRBO with the largest and very best terrasse in Calella. One minute from the train station, facing the sea , with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and 3 minutes walking distance from downtown Calella. Joan is a super helpful host, I will recommend this appartment to friends and family. The apartment has everything you need and well furnished . This is a 10/20 💜

Prachtig uitzicht op strand/zee vanaf een geweldig terras. Daar hebben we van genoten.De kamers waren prima verzorgd. De ingang naar de attick is wel wat laag en een extra lamp in de attick zou fijn zijn.

Am Anreisetag sind wir herzlich willkommen worden, Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung der Ferienwhg. war unkompliziert und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Ferienwhg. ist wunderbar, alles vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight der Blick auf das Meer, nicht mehr zu vergessen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, zum Strand 5-10 Minuten und auch in die Stadt, ist es nur um die Ecke. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr viele vorhanden. Danke Joan, nochmals für die tolle und schöne Zeit die wir bei dir verbringen konnten und ich kann die Ferienwhg. mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Sylvia

Tolle Wohnung, super netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Alles was man braucht ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnungsübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei, obwohl wir etwas früher anreisten. Als mein Mann gesundheitliche Probleme bekam haben Joan und Lidia uns nach besten Kräften unterstützt und geholfen wo sie konnten. Dafür sind wir ihnen sehr dankbar. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Emplacement proche de toutes commodités. L appartement est propre bien décoré avec toutes fonctionnalités. (Un proprietaire qui a su répondre à notre demande d un lit parapluie pour notre bébé et même avec des petits doudous que notre petit a adoré)Une superbe terrasse avec option douche extérieure qui est géniale.pour 6 personnes c est le maxi car un seul sanitaire ( douche et toilettes).Un merci à vous Joan d être toujours joignable et reactif via le site ou whatsapp c est rassurant et qui se préoccupe aussi de ses locataires en demandant des nouvelles lors du séjour. Merci à Lydia que nous avons eu à l arrivee qui nous a bien présenté l appartement et donné quelques infos et plans touristiques. Nous recommandons.

Un piso estupendo

Estuvimos una semana en la vivienda, todo estuvo muy bien. La comunicación con el propietario, las disponibilidad para entregarnos la llave (llegamos fuera del horario normal de llegada), la comodidad de la vivienda y la información recibida hicieron nuestra estadía una maravilla. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. La cocina está muy completa, igual que el baño y las habitaciones. Todo lo que se necesita está a disposición. La conexión a Internet está muy bien y lo mejor la terraza, un sueño! A pesar de estar la estación de trenes enfrente, el piso es silencioso y acogedor. Hay supermercados cerca y otras negocios. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos pronto!

Vacances parfaites magnifique inoubliable

Que dire ou par où commencer, tout était parfait, l’appartement nickel et conforme aux descriptions, tout y est il ne manque rien tout est propre confortable, des oreillers à gogo et d’excellente qualité, et la terrasse mon dieu on aurait dit une maison individuelle tellement spacieuse avec table à manger salon de jardin chaises longues végétation et fleurs; que pouvons nous dire : c’était parfait on vivait dans cette terrasse on passait la majeure partie de notre temps dedans sans oublier la douches extérieur qui est d’une grande aide. Ah oui j’oubliais l’ascenseur privé qui va jusqu’à l’appartement!! La classe!! La plage aussi est top, il y’a le phare à voir, pleins d’activités aquatiques, aussi des calanques superbes dans les environs, water world just à côté et plein de magasins pour le shopping. Je remercie Joan pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme on espère y retourner. Je suis sure que j’oublie des choses tellement c’était topissime

Ultra relaxed and safe location

O On Arival Lidia was waiting for us to give us the grand tour. We had a big “ski-box” with us which we planned to store on the roof terrace. Unfortunately id was slightly to big to fit in the elevator. To not have it carry it 3 levels up, Joan the owner immediately let us store it in his private storage area. We immediately found that we brought to much stuff. Everything you need in an apartment is present. Bedlinen and towels, sure. But also everything you need to keep everything clean. Not just for the apartment, dishes and laundry, but also yourself. Shampoo, body-lotion, showergel and now important, handwash….CHECK, present. Coming up to the apartment goes with the private elevator where you step directly into your apartment. Just this fact makes you get that special glamourous feeling you want on a holiday. The apartment is cozy decorated and provides you with all the amenities you need. And more important, its clean and cool. Inside it is spacious enough, but you will only be there to sleep. You will spend most of the time on the enormous roof terrace overlooking the sea. To give an impression. The outside area counts 18 seats to sit on. But there is enough space to place them 1,5 mtr (covid safe) away from each other on the terrace. Sit in one of the beach chairs in the sun or in the also big shaded area. And if you are still to hot. Just get a quick cooldown under the outside shower. With a big outside dinner table and the BBQ you only need to go inside for a cold beverage from the big fridge. If you wonder about the train station in front of the apartment? Sitting outside, you hardly notice the trains starting and stopping Inside you don’t notice them at all. The only downside is that instead of walking 1 minute to get to the beach it will take you 4 minutes to go there via the railroad X-ing. Traveling with 2 teenagers having Wifi is important. Actually, with current COVID problems the location is a great, safe hideaway to stay in the sun and work remote. If the kids did not had to go to school, we could have stayed there for months. Do we recommend the apartment? With the risk it will never be available for us again we say YES.

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und schön eingerichtetes Appartement

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Joan. Der check-in war super flexibel und obwohl wir früher vor Ort ankamen, war seine Mitarbeiterin 30 min später vor der Tür, um uns ins Appartement zu lassen. Das war ein Traum nach so einer langen Reise. Der feine Kieselstrand ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt und hat tolles Wasser und Wellen. Die Dachterrasse ist riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Liegen, einem Grill, einem großen Tisch und einer Dusche. Man sieht dabei die ganze Zeit auf das Meer. Toll auch für etwas Morgensport. Die Schlafcouch war überraschend bequem und wir konnten zu sechst zwei tolle Wochen hier verbringen. Unsere schönsten Ausflüge waren zur Festung Sant Ferran, zum Schloss Santa Florentina, Monserrat, Girona, Tossa de Mar und ein Wiederbesuch von Barcelona, vor allem dem Park Güell. Es gibt eine Bahnstation direkt vor dem Haus. Die Geräusche stören einen ganz schnell nicht mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und die Innenstadt ist sehr nah. Danke für alles, Joan.

Traumhafte Terrasse in zentraler Lage

Waren Anfang Juli in dem Apartment von Joan zu Besuch. Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG direkt am Strand. Von der Terrasse aus hat mein einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Vor dem Haus liegt der Bahnhof, den wir nicht als störend empfanden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Während des Aufenthalt ist kein Auto notwendig. Parken kann man kostenlos am Strand und Bahnhof. Direkt vor dem Haus sind nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Betten sind bequem, das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach hat eine Klimaanlage und die Wohnküche ebenfalls. Aber das absolute Highlight ist und bleibt die große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen und Sitzgelegenheiten und toller Bepflanzung. Ebenfalls ein Grill und eine Außendusche befinden sich auf der Terrasse. Eine richtig schöne Oase inmitten der lebhaften Stadt. Der Fußweg zum breiten und langem Sandstrand erfolgt innerhalb weniger Meter über den Bahnübergang. Wie an den meisten Stränden der Region geht es relativ steil ins Meer mit leichten Kieselsteinen, Badeschuhe sind nicht notwendig. Am Strand sind viele Bars und Restaurants mit Wassersportmöglichkeiten usw. Der Kontakt mit Joan war hervorragend. Es werden viele Unterlagen und Infos zur Wohnung und über die direkte Umgebung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch seine freundliche Angestellte, die einem die ganze Wohnung kurz zeigte. Vielen Dank an beide für den tollen Aufenthalt. Unsererseits ist der Aufenthalt hier eine klare Empfehlung :)

Super vakantie en geweldig mooi appartement.

Heerlijk appartement super netjes. Prachtig dakterras alles is keurig. Het ligt pal in het centrum van Calella heerlijke restaurantjes en leuke winkels. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement idéalement placé, il est possible de tout faire à pied (plages, courses, balades) et à 1h de Barcelone en train. La terrasse est super et permet de vivre dehors.
