This charming, family-friendly holiday home is situated in a stunningly beautiful and unique location above Cala Morisca, in an unspoiled residential community between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. It features 90 square metres of living space and a 15-square-meter balcony with a view of the sea. The open-concept living area is complemented by a high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. For the cooler months, a closed-door wood-burning stove is available. The house has central heating (for a fee). Our pool with ocean views invites you to relax; lounge chairs are provided. The house’s 15-square-meter balcony offers a view of the tranquil Cala Morisca cove. It can be reached in 15 minutes on foot via an adventure trail. Also known as Smugglers’ Cove, it’s well worth a visit. The larger, yet unspoiled Cala Canyelles is a 2-minute drive away. Here you’ll find the marina, a beach bar, and the Cala Canyelles restaurant, which invites you to enjoy a typical Spanish cortado or some Iberian ham.

The house is on one level, making it particularly suitable for seniors. Walks in our green oasis, with or without a dog, invite you to enjoy pure relaxation.
The house is also suitable for a family with parents, children, and grandparents.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located in the main house; with 1 bathroom; Bedroom 3 has a new shower room in the separate studio, which is located below the apartment and can be booked for an additional fee.
The studio is not rented out to other guests.
Within the immediate vicinity (approx. 2 km), you’ll find various supermarkets for your daily needs. Including Aldi and Lidl.
The towns of Tossa (5 km) and Lloret (4 km) offer numerous shopping and entertainment options, providing everything a young traveller could wish for.
At Cala Canyelles Beach, about 900 metres away, you can feel the breeze while enjoying a variety of water sports or take a leisurely stroll through the bay’s small, picturesque marina. Or enjoy the restaurant’s signature seafood specialities at Cala Canyelles, with a view of the idyllic Cala Canyelles cove. From here, you can take a boat to Tossa or Lloret de Mar to enjoy the Costa Brava from the water. For the youngest members of the family, you’ll find Waterworld, Marineland, a go-kart track, and much more within a 15-km radius. Lloret also features a new casino.
At the house itself, you’ll enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The Costa Brava, with its rugged rocky coastline, turquoise waters, and always friendly Catalans, will captivate you. Numerous hiking trails along the rocky coast promise unforgettable experiences.
