Great place to be! The location is stunning especially the view on Dunmanus Bay provides a relaxing effect from the very first moment. The property provides private parking for at least 3 cars, a lawn and large terrace provide great outdoor space if the weather allows and the big amounts of plants all around in the fenced area brings nature even closer.The house is well equipped with fast internet, Sky-/ Irish TV, separate office / playing room, a very well equipped kitchen etc. etc. Our host Maire was always easy to reach and privided lots of information and tipps prior to our arrival.We enjoyed our stay very much! It was a great base for our several trips into West Cork's countryside, to its coasts and beaches, etc. At the same time it is a great place to be for a "break day" with its outdoor facilities, fast internet, Hifi, TV, DVDs, books ... and the possibility to do some laundry and proper cooking.Thank you, Maire, once againYoursThomas

Fabulous stay at Dunmanus Cottage

We had such an enjoyable stay at Dunmanus Cottage in early August. The view from the house is enough to lift any spirits and there is so much to do and see in the area that the hit and miss weather didn't dampen the fun at all. The house is really clean an well equipped with everything you could need to have an enjoyable stay. Three large bedrooms with lovely comfy beds, with lovely views of the garden or bay. The house has a lovely garden and patio. Maire and Daisy were fantastic - offering lots of support and checking in and being really accommodating for our 1.30am arrival. How brilliant to find milk, butter, bread and local cheese in the fridge to welcome you. Maire has provided information on lots of things to see and do and places to eat. A great find and such an enjoyable stay at a perfect location to explore this part of West Cork.

Traumhafte Lage

Der Ausblick vom Küchenfenster, von der Terrasse und aus dem Schlafzimmer ist einfach atemberaubend. Westcork ist wunderschön und wir haben uns die 2 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle Einzelheiten kann man der Anzeige entnehmen. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und man freut sich jeden Morgen beim Aufstehen über den Blick und abends beim Nachhausekommen über die Ruhe.

Haus mit atemberaubenden Ausblick

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem schönen Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und Ausblick. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Nur der Backofen könnte mal wieder gereinigt werden. Die Lage ist absolut super. Etwas unglücklich finde ich, dass man den Müll selber entsorgen muss.Besonders alsUrlauber aus einem anderen Land, wenn man seine Fähre oder Flugzeug erwischen muss und die Müllstationen nicht immer geöffnet haben.

ein ganz wundervolles Haus

Ein wundervolles Haus. Es liegt an einem ruhigen Ort mit einem fantastischem Blick auf den Dunmanus Bay. Große Fenster fluten die Räume mit Licht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Beim nächsten Besuch kommen wir gerne wieder. Elke

großzügiges Haus mit einer wunderbaren Terasse

Persönlich eigerichtetes Haus, sehr bequeme Betten, super Küchenausstattung, der Blick von der Terasse ist wunderbar ! tolle und ruhige Lage der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und der Vermittlerin vor Ort war eher anonym, trotz hoher Betriebskosten ( Heizungsgebühr im August ! , Endreinigung ) mußten wir für die Müllentsorgung selber sorgen und auch bezahlen, Betten mußten auch abgezogen werden, war bei dem Preis des Hauses etwas erstaunlich

What a beautiful sunset you get to look at every evening.

The sunset was an amazing view from the garden whilst we sipped a glass of wine after a long day at barley cove beach which was 30 minutes away in a car. The house had absolutely everything you would possibly need . The owner clearly thought of everyone.
