Villa Vilatoria is a luxurious five-bedroom residence in the island of Kefalonia. The property is situated in a peaceful location, in a hilltop, overlooking the port of Agia Effimia. Surrounded by green and offering a majestic view of the sea and the mountains, featuring a large pool with a wooden deck, the villa, bears the full essense of a modern sancturay.

Villa Vilatoria is consisted of spacious rooms decorated in an easy-living style, with modern handcrafted, unique pieces of furniture elevated by art objects, sophisticated fabrics and quality materials mixing playfully timeless and modern elements. The residense is fully equipped, cozy and ideal for all kinds of guests, families, couples or friends.

Around the pool there are large sunbeds, a sofa and lounge chairs, a dining table, a BBQ grill and a table-tenis which create the most relxing and fun holiday setting.

Beautiful stay

Beautiful spacious home with air conditioning. Plenty of space for our 2 families of 4 traveling together with 2 grandparents. There are some stairs to enter the property, so if you have any mobility issues it would be difficult. The views were beautiful and everything was clean and comfortable.

Stunning villa with dreamy views out to sea

Our week in Ioannis’ beautiful villa went beyond our expectations and more. We were two families of 4 adults & 6 teenagers. Villa is extremely comfortable and spacious, modernist design, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is so well equipped. Ioannis was always at the end of a phone, very attentive and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We don’t want to leave this stylish corner of Kefalonian heaven.

Fantastic Location! Views, views, views….

Our family really enjoyed our time here. We were only a quick 8 minute drive to Agia Effimia which has everything you could want to shop for food and quaint Tavernas for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can rent boats, mopeds and bikes nearby. The house was fully equipped and the manager was great and very responsive. We were lucky it wasn’t too hot with the home only having AC upstairs and the two bedrooms downstairs would’ve been stuffy but this wasn’t the case for us as we had a bit of rain. We still really enjoyed the home and it’s comfortable furnishings that make you feel right at home…:)

Fantastic!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is ! Our family of 8 enjoyed a week here during our first visit to Greece. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The views from this property are spectacular and after day excursions we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed and the entire home is very well appointed. The bedrooms are kept very dark with electronic blinds and the bedding is high quality. The location is terrific for day excursions and there are restaurants very close in the charming near by village. We hope to return some day soon !!

Perfect family holiday villa.

We were a family of 8 adults and our two grandchildren . The villa was spacious enough for us all and the host provided a cot and highchair as well as kindly leaving some toys for the children. It is very tastefully decorated , modern yet homely with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The kitchen is well equipped ( too much to remember where everything is!! ) There is a Nespresso coffee machine ( we brought our own pods) , a large fridge freezer, oven and also the BBQ outside. The pool and gardens are wonderful with the views over towards the sea. We had lots of recommendations from the host for where to eat locally which were all excellent. One slight difficulty was food shopping as there are only small supermarkets nearby with limited choice of produce. The villa felt secure with electric gates . It is very well situated for trips to Fiskardo, Myrtos beach, Assos and Agia Effimia but a car is essential. Thank you.

Wonderful stay in Kefalonia

We had a wonderful stay in Kefalonia. The house is beautiful, top standard, large and spacious yet homely, filled with fine art and all the amenities you might need. We especially appreciated the outdoor space and pool (perfect for both kids and adults) and the terraced garden with beautiful views. To sit outside in the evening and take in the lighting of the garden and the views of the sea, Sami village and the mountains - a dream. Bedrooms are well equipped, all with adequate storage and best quality beds and linen. There was a maid service several times as well as a pool attendant servicing the pool every day. The kitchen has everything you need and a brand new gas barbecue was installed during our stay. Two of the bedrooms were in the basement which made them naturally cool and dark, the other rooms had proper aircon and electric blinds to block heat and light. The cute village Agia Efimia (7 min drive) has several food stores, excellent restaurants and a boat service. Our host was most dedicated to our wellbeing and helped us with taxis and local advice as well as attending minor technical problems in the villa. Sometimes the communication with the host family had slight language barriers, but everything worked out well in the end. As a whole, we adored our stay and would love to revisit this fantastic place.

Awesome Property an Host!

There are not many cases that the actual property is better than the listing photos but this is clearly one! A wonderful property, with excellent outdoor spaces, an infinity pool looking over the village. The interior full of works of art but not at all heavy and “intimidating”. And last but not least the host, who was always there for us over the phone providing valuable advise on sightseeing and excellent food! We had a wonderful time and we all want to come back soon. Thank you for everything Giannis!!!!
