1 bedroom apartment completely refurbished with quality materials, very spacious with a pleasant view of the swimming pool, sun all day on the terrace, large walk-in shower, equipped kitchen, very quiet and well maintained complex with 2 swimming pools, solarium, private parking, small pool bar, 250m from the sea and the port of Puerto Colon, supermarket, bar, restaurant nearby. International TV channel Washing machine, microwave oven, iron, fridge freezer.

Lovely apartment in a quiet secure location. We loved the big balcony which always get the sun. Everything from check in to check out was really easy and Eric was very responsive and helpful, even allowing us to store our cases for a few extra hours.

The apartment is really lovely and well mantained it has a nice view over the swimming pool and a very sunny balcony which we loved maybe would benefit from air con or ceiling fans but the weather was unusually very hot for October but it wouldn't stop us from staying here again

Short break

On arrival at the complex, we were met by Eric the host of the property. He gave comprehensive details of everything from keys for gates, doors and access to washing machine. Use of WiFi and password. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The room is classed as a studio, but is in fact a 1 bedroom apartment that has been cleverly designed, making good use of space. Early morning sun is a bonus, and you get it all day. We highly recommend this apartment, and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Eric for all your help.

Hervoragender Urlaub in schöner Lage

Eric ist ein sehr netter und perfekter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief einwandfrei und keine Fragen blieben offen. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Pools, die zu der Anlage gehören. In weniger als 5 Minuten gibt es ein Centro Commercial mit Shopping- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste Strand ist ebenfalls in gut 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und zufriedene Gäste. Eric es un dueño muy agradable y perfecto. La comunicación antes fue impecable y no quedaron preguntas sin respuesta. El apartamento está muy bien amueblado y la cocina está muy bien equipada. Hay dos piscinas que pertenecen al complejo. En menos de 5 minutos hay un Centro Comercial con tiendas y supermercados. También se puede llegar a la siguiente playa en unos 5 minutos. En general, una estancia maravillosa y huéspedes satisfechos.

This apartment has everything you need for a great holiday, was very modern and spotless, with a great pool view plus numerous bars and restaurants on your door step. Eric was there to meet me with the keys at the arranged time and was very responsive if I had any questions prior to arrival. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would book it again.
