Good apartment and fantastic communication.

The property was in a quiet location but with only a few minutes walk to the beach and local bars and shops. The apartment is well set up with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The owner is very hands on, (though not intrusive!), providing fantastic communication on how to access the property, and we genuinely felt she wanted to do her very best to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. The garden area is the best part about this property, very private with different areas to get Sun….or not! Would definitely recommend this property.

Great time / great location

We had a great time here. The location is great. Supermarkets, beach, restaurants all within walking distance. The size of the apartment is perfect for 4 people. We were able to spend our lunch break in the garden. The restaurant recommendations were also great. The communication with Paquita and her son was fast and uncomplicated.

Fantastic 10/10

The property is exactly as advertised. The home has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the amazing outdoor space, where you can get the sun all day long if you wish. My husband enjoyed pottering around in the garden, while I enjoyed the more than adequate sun beds. A 2 minute walk in one direction leads to the beach, 5 mins in the other direction you will find 2 supermarkets. Set in a quiet residential area, you have complete privacy and security. All amenities are excellent, bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Loved having the washing machine outside. Communication from the owner and her family was superb, they go over and above to ensure you have a great stay. No air con but we found the fans perfectly met our needs. Thank you and we will return soon! Don’t hesitate! It’s excellent 😍

Kleines, süßes Apartment - mit einem riesigen Garten/Terrasse. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Mit einem Pool im Garten würden wir 6von5 Sternen vergeben :) Die Vermieterin und der Kontakt vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch super - nur ca. 100m von der Hauptstraße bzw. Promenade entfernt. Alles in allem war es großartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! LG

Super good location

It was a very pleasant stay. Central located but very quiet. Close to beach, shopping, sight seeing, big promenades and bus station. Paquita is a very kind, helpful and friendly host. We really enjoyed the apartment with a nice and big garden with trees, flowers and different spaces to enjoy the grounding. The terrace in front of the living room was our main place during our stay of 3 weeks in November 2023. Inside we found everything we needed in bath, kitchen, sleeping and living room. We will surely come back and do really recommend this place.

Ein schönes Apartment mit einem großen wunderbaren Garten. Perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, genauso wie verschiedene Geschäfte mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Paquita war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hatte gute Restaurant Empfehlungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

fantastic stay

from start to finish it was superb lovely property garden amazing with lots of furniture and bbq .Location superb few minutes from beach bars and restaurants. special mention for the owner paquita who met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns mit einem Getränk begrüßt und alles ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Dann gab sie uns noch gute Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kann man guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

What a location!

Costa Adeje, Private Garden

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely property. It had everything you would need & ideally situated to the beach, restaurants & shops & it had a fabulous private garden. We saw a Woodpecker & Sparrowhawk while we were there! Quite surprising in Las Americas! The booking process was easy & we had great communication with Paquita. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & will look forward to returning. Lex & Andy

Paquita’s holiday home.

This a lovely place with everything you need. The garden area has sun loungers and seating and gives you privacy. There is a barbecue for al fresco dining. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Air conditioning would make this place perfect.

Wonderful outside space

We were welcomed by the owner who showed us around the property. Leaving us with welcoming gifts of wine and fruit, which was a lovely touch. The property had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the wonderful outside space. Relaxing on a sun lounger, drinking a cool gin and tonic whilst preparing numerous BBQs. The property was far enough from all the bars which aired every football match on the planet. However there were some very poor acts at both the calypso bar and the nearby hotel, thankfully not every night. Overall we had a lovely holiday

Fantastic Week

Had a great week in this lovely apartment. We were met by Paquita and her daughter who were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a relaxing week in the sun. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and several beaches both in Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Our favourite restaurant of the week was Mr. Singh, highly recommend a visit! Overall a great week in a fantastic apartment. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will return.

Séjour très agréable

Quel plaisir de prendre son petit-déjeuner dans cette très grande terrasse ensoleillée. La maison est parfaitement équipée de tout le nécessaire. Quartier calme et plaisant. Un supermarché au bout de la rue à 2 mn à pied, plusieurs restaurants à trois minutes et la plage à 5 mn. Merci à John pour son aimable accueil malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Une semaine vraiment plaisante et relaxante dans cette maison dotée d’un si beau jardin

Lovely apartment

This was our 2nd, 2 week stay at this lovely apartment. The garden is great with plenty of furniture. Sun all day. Paquita as usual was very helpful & provided lots of essentials in kitchen & bathroom. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The beach & shops are at the end of the road also a very nice tapas restaurant El Jardin De La Abuela we went 4 times it is so good. We had a really good time & can't wait to return soon.
