Family trip with teenagers

This condo was nicely updated with nice finishes. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. We were there during a hot humid time and the air conditioning worked like a dream. The living area had plenty of room for our family of four. I would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation rental

We were in the area for a family wedding and this condo was perfect! It's located in a nice, quiet community and centrally located for all of our destinations while there. The property itself was very well maintained and the recent renovations were a plus. Because we are a fall asleep with the TV on family, the only negative is the fact that only one bedroom had a TV. I still rate this property with 5 stars because the TV issue might not be an issue to most renters. The owner was wonderful to work with and was quick to respond to any questions I had regarding the property. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location! Impeccably clean! Would definitely recommend.

The location couldn't be any better. Lionsgate is a great little community with beautiful grounds and an awesome pool. The property itself was immaculate. The beds were really comfy. It appeared to have just been renovated (very nice job), but could be improved with some additional lighting, some dressers in the bedrooms and additional kitchen supplies. TV's in the bedrooms would also be a big plus. With a couple of minor improvements, this would be an awesome 5 star property. I would definitely stay again and would recommend highly.
