Townhome - well maintained

Described as a house but it is actually a townhome as it does share walls with two other units. Well maintained with many of the comforts of home. Large wall mounted tv and super comfy couches in the living area. A bit odd that neither of the bathrooms connect to any of the three bedrooms, but the place was clean and had a nice washer dryer set and a pool within the neighborhood. Small galley kitchen with a few things for cooking. Back deck offered a bit of privacy. Cleaning service and all linens included with this place as well as the basics, paper towels, tissue, hand soap, trash bags, etc which was nice. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Overall a nice place to stay, but you will need to drive and pay to park if you plan to go to the beach. We found it to be just what we needed as we were not going to stay but two nights and many places require a longer stay.

Thanks for your review. Just for clarification all the homes in our neighborhood were built the same as far as the bathrooms not being exclusive to the any one bedroom. This is actually beneficial as people do not have to ask to use the restroom in someone's private bedroom. Most of our guests are couples traveling together or families and enjoy the easy bathroom access. As far as the kitchen goes it is fully stocked with a complete set of pots and pans, multiple mixing bowls, a full set of cups, coffee cups, wine glasses, 2 sets of silverware, 2 complete sets of plates and bowls, cutting boards, pyrex pans, cookie sheets. We have a $3500 Chef's refrigerator the list goes on. The kitchen is very well stocked as this home is also our home away from home. Just wanted to clarify as the review stated we had a "few" things for cooking. Our home is a great/cheaper alternative to paying to stay on the beach. Nothing in our listing says we are on the beach. We are however 1 mile to Wrightsville Beach if you don't mind a 5 min drive.

Beautiful town home close to the beach

There was a little bit of miscommunication about the address when we arrived, but it was promptly fixed. Overall the stay was great and the town home was nicer than the pictures and very clean. It's also only a mile from the beach and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Wilmington. I would definitely stay there again.

Master bedroom upstairs with King size bed and private balcony access.

Upstairs has a second bedroom with a queen bed.

Full sized bathroom with Italian marble throughout and a relaxing Moen Rainshower head!

Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom with Italian marble.

Kitchen is fully equipped - granite, Samsung stainless chef's refrigerator, stainless appliances, new custom cabinetry, toaster oven, coffee maker- ready for convenient cooking. Open to the dining/living area for easy entertaining.

Full size den/living room- leather recliner/ couches that also rock.

65" Flat screen Sony 4k TV/DVD with basic cable and Netflix! Fell free to kick back and watch all your favorite shows! There is a Redbox right around the corner at CVS Drug store on Eastwood rd.

Wifi

Samsung Soundbar for a better TV experience!

Multiple restaurants/cuisines, Martini bar, Port City Java, Irish pub, Harris Teeter, Deli, Boutiques, Starbucks, all within walking distance through a side entrance gate to the East of our neighborhood, Wrightsville Beach 1 mile to the drawbridge and another mile to the sand.

We are 10 minutes from the airport.

Two numbered parking spaces directly in front of the home which correspond with the unit number.
Jogging/bike path directly to Wrightsville Beach which is 2 miles to the sand.
